I had a very good experience visiting this dental practice for my first time today. I feel like I got a very thorough cleaning and was most impressed with Dr. Tiffany Dean. She went over my X-rays and explained some things about them, and had good suggestions for me to follow. Their building is most impressive, too!

Great experience with my routine cleaning. Professional hygienist was very engaging. Didn’t have to wait long at all, but my appointment was at 7:30 AM. Dr. Congo was awesome and very congenial. They’ve scraped, suctioned, drilled, filled, and crowned my teeth. Recommend highly.

Dr. Dean is the absolute best dentist I've ever had! She's knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and efficient. I highly recommend her and Dr. Congo's practice.

When I first arrived for my appointment I was a little nervous. Dr. Dean and Maureen ensured me that I was in good hands, and they were right. My vist was quick and pleasant. Dr.Congo and her staff are very friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. If there is an emergency need, they will get you in. I started going to Dr. Congo about a year before they opened the Eastview office. Now, we have moved to Limestone County, but we still use them for all our dental needs.

This is an absolutely first rate dental practice. I have been a patient of Dr. Congo‘s for over 15 years. She and the staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. Having this team in our community is a true blessing.

Dr Dean and the rest of the staff are absolutely first rate in every respect. From cleanings to crowns to the odd dental emergency, every single visit by our family for more than a dozen years has been as pleasurable an experience as one can have on the wrong side of power tools. Dr Dean is experienced, thoughtful, and measured in her development and execution of the best course of action for every patient, every time. Brandi and her other techs are highly knowledgeable and professional as well; they are always a great source of preventative care tips. Though we haven't seen her as often, Dr Congo is great too. They are the perfect team. Highest recommendation.

I rarely do Google reviews, but my family has been going to Dr Dean for about 15 years and we absolutely love her and her staff! They are so professional, caring and thorough. I took my son to her as a teenager. He had a bad experience with a previous doctor and was so scared and tense that the dentist would only do the procedure if he was put to sleep. We took him to Dr Dean and she was so soothing and kind ! She told him to bring his video game to play while she worked. She was able to perform the procedure without putting him to sleep. We were sold then! He’s a grown man now and he and his wife still go to her!

My first appointment with Eastview Family Dentistry today was smooth and friendly. Very pleasant staff and Dr. Congo explained in detail my upcoming procedure! All questions were answered fully and pleasantly!

Love this practice - I have been a patient here ever since they opened. I never have to wait, the hygienists are always gentle in cleaning, and they work with your insurance company immediately to discuss any necessary benefits. The staff is so friendly, and they answer questions very quickly. I am a satisfied patient for life!

Had a cleaning today and met a new hygienist. Felt like I’ve known her all my life! Friendliness mixed in with professionalism made me actually enjoy a dental cleaning. Dr. Dean is amazing, asks about my grand who she also sees. Gives you options and let you decide the route for your dental care that is better long term overall.

This is a great Dental office. Dr. Dean and her staff go the extra mile to provide the best customer service. They are very responsive to calls and call you back quickly if you leave a message. Check in is fast and simple. The office is very clean with a nice decor. Dr. Dean is professional and knows how to resolve challenging dental issues. She is friendly and I smile every time I visit. Just recently I had severe tooth pain and despite her full schedule she brought me in the same day. I appreciated her flexibility. I highly reccomend this Dental office to everyone.

I absolutely LOVE going to this dental office! I had the same dentist for 35 yrs until he retired. After hopping around a bit, I found my new home about 2 years ago. Dr. Congo is fantastic! She did a beautiful crown on one of my teeth and has the best bedside manner. She is very intelligent, honest, and skilled at her craft. She has it all. Karina did a cleaning for me today. She’s wonderful; has a gentle touch, efficient, listens and has a great personality! The front receptionist, and also Misty at the check out desk in back, are both so nice and professional. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Great place, great people!!

I’ve been a patient for many years now and have experienced nothing but the best care. The whole crown milling/creation in one visit is a BIG plus. No more two visits for crown work.

The whole staff is nothing shy of top notch. Always helpful, friendly, professional and you can tell they like what they do.

Over the years I have used several dentist and this is the best I have had in over 27 years. Up to date technology is used in the care of the patent. Crowns are done onsite and with in a 2 hour appointment time frame.

This was a very reassuring experience. Staff was courteous and efficient. Services were conducted in a professional manner. I felt like I was in good hands during my experience. Dr Congo gave detailed information and presented the options available in a very professional manner.
My teeth were cleaned by Lydia who took care and was very thorough and gentle. I would recommend her to anyone for a very thorough cleaning and a superior experience !!

I had not had a cleaning in a very long time and also have sensory issues that make it difficult for me to visit dental offices. Dr. Congo and hygienist Maureen made me feel totally comfortable and it was truly an easy experience. I highly recommend them!
