I was looking at an older, used car. First of all, I was impressed that the lot was shoveled, and every car had been cleared of snow. Each car had been started and warmed up. We went to several dealers who hadn’t even cleared snow off of the hoods or windshields.
TJ was very friendly, and very upfront. I asked him about cars and known problems and I felt he answered me honestly. I didn’t feel hassled or pressured at all. He really worked within what I was willing to spend. I hope to drive this van for awhile, but will consider them for further used cars!!

I spent a week testdriving about a million cars under 3k. TJ at Neal Motors was the only person to be honest about everything I was interested in. Whether a car needed some TLC, had a tick in the engine, or the key fob was broken...any little thing, he was up front about it BEFORE giving me the keys to test drive it. He even stayed late for me.

Needed a car to get around instead of my full sized truck. Found something there and checked it out. It needed some things, but was priced accordingly. TJ was upfront and honest about everything. I will check them out next time I'm in the market for a car.

This is simply a 'clean it up and resell it' dealer. Don't expect them to have fixed anything outside of cosmetic issues. This is why the sales guy says "We encourage you to take it to your mechanic." Unfixed vehicle recalls, parts missing, a vehicle history that is a little shady. And with all this, the guy was still only willing to consider a $300 to $400 discount (though I knew I would have to spend another $2000+ to make the vehicle solid). Nope, stay away unless you're a mechanic and expect to throw a couple of thousand dollars more at a car after you buy it.

I understand you need to sell cars, i get that, but when you have someone willing to buy your car that day, and you wont budge on your price. Its listed at top dollar and its not in perfect condition by far, needs four new tires and its rusting you should be willing to work with the price, its been sitting on the lot for months. So good luck selling, you wont be getting my business nor will i recommend you to anyone.

Do not buy from Neal Motors! They do not inspect and repair a vehicle before selling. I can not stress enough the importance of having a mechanic look over a vehicle.
I was sold a vehicle from Neals with a rusted through frame that almost put me and several other people in the hospital one week after my purchase. I went back to Neals to see if there was any inspection records or maintenance done on the vehicle and TJ said no. He knew about the damaged ball joint but not the rusted through frame. He said he could provide what work was done on the vehicle but never did email me back. And since the check had cleared, he could not refund anything.

Still debating on filing a law suit but probably not worth my time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! My daughter's mother brought her to this lot, to buy her first car, and it has a radiator coolant leak. After she brought it home it was discovered... So I call and talk w the so called salesman, and HE WONT LET ME SPEAK TO THE OWNER!! He also told me he gave a significant discount ( 300?), and that she should have taken it to a mechanic!! Coolant leaks are serious and I guess she learned on Her very first car, to stay w private sellers!!!

Only would take $95 dollars off of price. The car had a check engine light which he said he didn’t know about(bs). No negotiation at all don’t recommend going here unless you want to pay what’s on the windshield.
