I was out at Ollie’s on Saturday and decided to stop in at Hot Buy’s to look around not intending to purchase anything just yet, but ended up seeing a sofa I really liked and the rug and the price on it was very inexpensive compared to other furniture stores. Everyone was so nice, I believe her name is Jordan I wanna say she helped me pick out a sofa and rug and Travis was very helpful also. My furniture was delivered on which was very quick. When I got my furniture and rug I noticed a manufacturer issue with the rug so I reached out to Travis and he was nothing short of amazing and correcting the issue. Let me pick out another rug and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this place of your shopping for furniture for your home. It’s reasonably priced and high quality merchandise.

I've bought a couple pieces of furniture from them at some great deals compared to competitors. The first was a bit of a wait due to shipping last year (ports were all backed up so EVERYONE had shipping issues which is understandable and out of their power) and the second was in stock and delivered within days. Travis has been great both times striving to find the furniture that fits your wants and needs within your budget. He's never tried to upsell us on anything we don't want and seem to care about their customers satisfaction, even for being stretched thin. I appreciate honesty and straighfowardness more than anything. I can safely say, we've found where to go for our future purchases!

Awesome pricing! Great financing deal. Only paid 39 dollars to take my furniture home. Ask for Travis. He was completely helpful and very friendly. Would recommend this place and Travis to anyone. I found them on Facebook market place in which Travis was very responsive and drove an hour to them to and left 100 percent satisfied.

I had an excellent experience at hot buys. The manager CT, aka Cordarro, was knowledgeable, professional, and made financing my new bedroom suit easy and informed. I was even able to get my new furniture delivered the same day. If you compare them to other local Furniture Outlets like Dogtown, TNT and Mattress Firm, their prices are very competitive and they are a very easy to deal with furniture showcase. If you're an informed and deal seeking consumer such as myself, this place is definitely the one for you.

The staff is kind and courteous! They are willing to help you in every possible way! I bought some furniture for there sister store on south parkway which closed down before I could get my furniture and Gerald and his staff went out of their way to help me get my furniture! I would recommend them to anyone! They are great people!

I’ve bought so many items from here, this is the only place I go I am going to refurnish my whole house with HOT BUYS TRAVIS AND ALEX ARE THE BEST and to top it off the furniture is good quality and sturdy I’ll be going back really soon DEFINITELY AFFORDABLE!
