I appreciated that the comforter was bagged so I could store it. It's clean and ready for use. Even though short-staffed for this location, they are always pleasant and willing to help.

It was our first time using Martinizing Dry Cleaning. My husband and I were greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming. Our items were in need of dry cleaning. We have no complaints, they did a great job. We will definitely use them again.

I’m a first time customer. I have reasons to give 4 stars but I am going to say that I AM satisfied with this service. The shirts I sent, to test the quality, were selected from my favorite items and they came back in pristine shape.
That being said, the app didn’t work and I had to reach out about my items in the locker. I was told I would get a cool blue bag but they just tagged my bag, that I had lying around, and returned it. The price was higher for some items but I am comfortable with the outcome. I will continue to do business with this team as they have earned my trust. Thank you, Brian for calling me and keeping me informed on each step. Great work Martinizing team!

Great experience. I use them for all of my drycleaning needs. From daily wear to wedding dress preservation they have taken care of us in a timely manner. We will use them as long as we live here!

I typically don't buy clothes that require dry cleaning, but on this occasion, I had to get my son's JROTC uniform dry cleaned. The service I received was EXCELLENT! I was given a time frame of when they would be done with my items the day of drop off. On pickup day, I received a timely notification that it was ready for pickup. The attendant was polite, professional, and very nice! This location is in Providence Village. I will certainly use them again! Thanks guys!

My normal dry cleaner (on Jeff Road) closed with no notice to its customers. As a result I was very skeptical about using another cleaner, however, I needed to get my suits cleaned and a king-sized comforter laundered. I chose Martinizing and I must say I was very impressed. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable and the location itself is very clean. Parking at Promenade is always difficult, but Martninzing does have a reserved spot along the street right in front of their store. There is also some "hidden" parking in the lot behind the store. Hours are a bit difficult due to understaffing, but it works out if you can go on your way to work. Definitely going back.

I've always taken my dry cleaning needs here. Never had any issues. Recently I've taken 2 of my blankets for cleaning and they came back looking as if they were brand new. Awesome job. I would definitely recommend.

I was in the Madison Blvd store on Dec 19 and had the pleasure to meet two off the most intelligent and customer service friendly ladies in Huntsville, as we waited on my clothes to come in Suzanne and Amanda entertained me for over an hour, they are very pleasant and I must say they deserve to be recognized for just being themselves. Thank you Amanda and Suzanne for you guys wonderful customer service experience !!!!!

I have been taking my comforter here for a year to get cleaned and they do such a great job. It’s like every time I pick up my comforter from it looks brand new every time.

I have been using this laundry location as Five Points Cleaners since 2005. I continue to use the same location as Martinizing Dry Cleaning. I have used it 3 times and have been satisfied. Hope the e-mail notifications get enabled soon. The attendants are very professional and friendly (like family).

I don't recommend leaving your clothes at the dry cleaners for 120 days.. I forgot about them. Martinizing Dry Cleaners sent me several email reminders. I'm glad my clothes weren't sold or given away. Even though, the dry cleaners had every right. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY......😊😊😊😊😊

Excellent dry cleaning service. l had some spots on two of my pants and they were perfectly cleaned.

Very good customer service. Very friendly. I dropped clothes off and got them the next day. I was even a hour early than the pickup time. Clothes were still ready for pickup.
