Always does a great job on my dry cleaning... I have been using this cleaners for many years. The owner is always very friendly as is the staff. This family owned business takes pride in their work.

Locally owned for over 50 years. Great customer service. I was a first time customer and they accommodated the emergency created by forgetfulness to dry clean my tuxedo the same day. They do are their dry cleaning in house and it’s not shipped to a plant somewhere else

Personable, proficient, professional!!!! I love going here. When you enter the place you are addressed like family. You are known by name. I would recommend everyone to go there.

Local family owned business that takes pride in their work and work hard. Not a chain, and not owned by somebody that doesn't ever work in the store and won't work side by side with their employees. Dry cleaning is a tough business: hot, chemicals, early hours, long days, tracking 10s of thousands of articles of clothing from receipt to return every week... thank you for excellent service each and every time

They always got my clothes finished in a timely manner, fair price, and are willing to stay a little longer if work has you held up. No problems what so ever, and very accommodating.

As of 8-26-18, just wanted to give a "past-due" KUDOS,! Nearly 2 months ago I stopped at Kay's Cleaners to get a pair of jeans hemmed for a sudden out-of-state trip to TX for family funeral. I needed the jeans for the funeral, as I didn't have time or money to shop. When I stopped by, the lady I spoke with said they don't hem inside there, but that clothes go to "Angel Alterations" over off of Old Madison Pike.

She was kind enough to phone to see if Gloria (owner of "Angel Alterations") could do a quick hem, as I needed them right away. Gloria was able to do so, which I've already posted a KUDOS to her, as well.

I just wanted to say "THANK YOU" to the lady that helped me that day. I've been back to Gloria for other hem-jobs (not in a hurry for), as I appreciate her work.

I think the lady that helped me here at "Kay Cleaners" was Maria H. However, she wrote down 2 other names on the back of the business card, which I think are the gents who helped with directions to "Angel Alterations". The names are Rufino & Owen Wasmoen.

SO BIG KUDOS TO EACH ...I appreciated that they helped me with getting my jeans hemmed on such short notice. They could have easily just said ...we don't do it here & left it at that! So I appreciated the extra efforts they each took to help me out at a time in need! I hope they receive the recognition they deserve for going "above & beyond" in Customer Service (even though I didn't get any clothes cleaned)!

Very friendly and helpful. Their normal turnaround time is 2 days but they were able to get my clothes done sooner due to an emergency.

Always works with us on getting clothes done when needed even if it is a quick turn around. Spots ways cleaned. Service with a smile!
