Seems friendly enough. Although I only know one individual that has a residence in this particular neighborhood. I was told by this individual that the owner of the mobile home park was kind & understanding enough to work with them on the lot rent due whenever their money was funny...(hard times). That alone deserves a 5 star rating!
God blesses those who help others🤗🥰😇

I gave a friend of mine a ride to this community. It was a but too far from inner city Huntsville for me. Looks like a large community of mobile homes. All the properties were well kept. Most of the yards were well manicured. If you like city living at a country style pace, then you'll like it here. Also, very kid friendly!

Not sure how it is to live here but just driving through to pick up a few items from the free Facebook page it seems decent enough and not extra trashy like some trailer parks can be
