Seems very knowledgeable during conversations how very poor communication and followup. Would not recommend based on our last 2 years of business. Seemed like another transaction. Last year we owed but saved a little after challenging the initial evaluation and had to fight to understand why, where we were asked for additional basic info to supply documentation to save. They Gave advice for this year to help and said to reach out when we made a certain transaction that causes our primay loss where there was no response until the General email came out during tax season that had no reference you our previous interaction

Really not happy with them they have been leading me on for months now on my small business taxes. I keep getting told Joel is in a meeting and never receive calls back they have had all the paperwork to my small business for way longer then it takes to file something of this nature. Will never use this service again and do not recommend to anyone !
