Homewood Suites by Hilton Huntsville-Village of Providence

I stayed here during the Great Ice Storm of 2024 with my dog and the staff was amazing despite the trying circumstances. They put the staff & families up in empty rooms so services could continue, even though the roads were closed for days. Breakfast was still served every day, when I needed my room cleaned housekeeping could accommodate me, and maintenance kept the property in good shape. The location was good for the circumstances too, as things thawed out and nearby restaurants opened, I had plenty to pick from.

Great place to stay and I'm glad I landed here!

Location for the hotel was optimal, near the highway and right next to many different restaurant options. Room had a full kitchen and full sized fridge. Everything was nice and clean when I arrived and checking in was a breeze.

Breakfast was pretty good with different options every morning, which is nice. The staff was super friendly always saying good morning and asking how we were.

Internet speeds were very good with no loss of connection. At night you couldn't really hear neighbors.

The only downside to this hotel was the very very very minimal workout equipment. The workout room was very very small. Two treadmills, a workout bike, and about 5 medicine balls. There was even a sign on the wall that said ask staff if you want to visit an actual gym.

Very nice hotel! Staff let me check in an hour early. Interesting location among shops, restaurants, and a couple bars. Main road with many food choices is not far away.

I loved everything about this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was always so nice and helpful. The rooms was so nice. I had a problem with the refrigerator they quickly got it fixed. The breakfast was nice. I had to stay here for a few months and honestly I didn't want to leave that's how great it was.at night was quite and peaceful sometimes I could hear someone singing at the restaurant I dont remember the name of the restaurant. I wish I could live here lol

AAA+++ Customer Care Service!!! I called the hotel the day before our stay as we needed to change our room reservation from 1 king to 2 queen beds. Anjannette at the front desk immediately changed the reservation - graciously and professionally - no problem at all - with no additional charge!! The breakfast staff is amazing. We have stayed at this hotel many times and the scrambled eggs are the best I have ever had (and that includes some top named restaurants and hotels!). Ava, April, Sarina, Kristy and Kiera ensure a delicious hot breakfast every morning at 6:00 am and keep things filled through the busy first 1/2 hour morning business rush. All of this service is provided in a professional, kind and caring manner with a "good morning"; "have a great day" shared with guests as they enter and leave the area. The rooms in the hotel could benefit from a refresh, but we keep coming back because of the staffs' amazing customer care!! Thank you all so very much for your work!!

Homewood Suites in the Village of Providence is an excellent home away from home. My wife and I, along with our two doodles, just spent 2 weeks there while contractors repaired our home. Demarius helped us find a suite in the perfect place. Ava made the most delicious breakfast. Shana was so helpful with our housekeeping needs. They all worked so well together to make a stressful time much easier. Thank you ladies for being so helpful.

Rooms are clean. It's in a great location. Walking distance to several restaurants. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Pet friendly, wish they had a larger grassy area on property but they are just a short walk from a great park/walking area. One of our first choices to say when we go to Huntsville.

I loved the young man named Josh. He is such a a ray of sunshine... But the whole experience was outstanding. Thank you

Pretty nice here. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Had a small issue with my room upon check-in. Made the staff aware, and it was immediately resolved. Upgraded to a new room. Put me in a suite instead. Thank you front desk staff!!! The maintenance staff fixed a printer issue in the lobby business center for me on the spot. Oh, breakfast is pretty good, too. See why I’ve enjoyed my stay so far?!?!?!?

Upon arrival, we were friendly greeted. Super nice staff. We got into our rooms and the rooms were really spacious and super clean. Breakfast was on point and above point! A lot of choices of food. Kitchen was so kind and checking on us out in the dining room. Definitely a great stay!

Great location! Great service and team members. No, it’s not NEW or fancy but it’s comfortable and accommodating. Great breakfast, I think the kitchen staff throw in their own little secret sauces and spices as the food is really good for hotel breakfast.

Do you want to be comfortable? This has a big queen bed, a living area w/a Q pull out bed. The kitchen is perfect consisting of a cook top, big fridge, microwave, dishwasher AND disposal, & a lot of storage in kitchen plus dishes to use. It's right in a beautiful, trendy area where walking is safe and fun to do. My husband stays here every time while working (we live in OR), and it's PERFECT every time. The front staff knew we were coming in on a red eye, and getting into our room b4 3 was imperative. This has been an issue before leaving us nowhere to go from an overnight flight. We had been awake +24 hours and made to wait till 3 or 4 pm to get in our rooms. We arrived at 8:30 & I was snuggled in bed within the hour. THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!

In Huntsville this is my second favorite Hotel to stay. Embassy being num 1 bc of inside pool and hot tub both by Hilton tho. Only thing I can say about Homewood Suits is they don't have parking for customers so if you get here after 5pm u will have to park wherever u can find and walk to hotel. Great rooms great customer service! Great location!

The king suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The room was clean and the kitchen waa well stocked with plates, glasses, coffee mugs. My only concern was the grout in the bathroom floor was missing in front of the tub and one of the tiles was loose. I reported this on checkout and she said the maintenance man would take care of it. I believe housekeeping should have already reported this to have it fixed so there is a little disconnect there. Overall, great hotel and location.

This place is a hidden jewel! Check in was a joy and a breeze! Breakfast was filling and hot and in a enjoyable lobby setting! Andrea the house keeper was AMAZING and on point. She was so friendly and saw we had all we needed. The room was beautiful, clean, neat, and just wonderful. It was nice to have a door to close and rest while the kids watched a movie. The staff here always was smiling and very pleasant. I will most definitely be back! And can't wait to check in and enjoy a lazy staycation!

I came back to change my review from 3stars to 5stars but I'm keeping my previous notes here because I think they are true. You have to put this in mind that this is a 3star hotel which in fact in my opinion is the best among all other 3stars in Huntsville -Madison area. Although a bit over priced. But overall considering this note I have to give a 5star.

The building is so old and the air filtration system is not as good as it should be. The kitchen is tiny and appliances are old. Mattress is so old and uncomfortable. Pillows are not any better than mattresses. Never count on the sofa bed. It seems to be from 100 years ago and Extremely dirty and uncomfortable. Overall hotel is clean. housekeeping is upon request and not on a daily basis. I must add that the breakfast is very good though. Staff not as nice as you usually expect from Hilton.

My apartment flooded my insurance company, which gave me a choice of 4 hotels. I'm so glad i picked this one. It's been really nice.
