Ronald is a great real estate agent, and I am recommending him to other people. I had a great experience with Pollard when I bought my house. He had a great experience. He does not only focus of how much money he will get but also he makes sure you understand the advantages and disadvantages of the property you are planning to buy or sell. He has a knowledge about the market, his communication and professionalism are great. He does an excellent job. If I know someone who will buy or sell the house, I will recommend that person to Pollard.

Excellent!! . Ron and Chassy were the absolute best! We were asked our specific likes and dislikes and they never became pushy or tried to talk us into anything we didn’t like or want! Always kept us updated about the process and made a super stressful experience for first time buyers SMOOTH and EASY! I cannot put into words how awesome Chassy is. We had major obstacles to overcome in finding an affordable property as we have horses and a large family. Chassy thought outside the box and offered solutions to all our obstacles. Super informative, ethical and professional. Chassy’s husband, Ron, works with her as well and was equally as wonderful. Excellent experience! Chassy and Ron were wonderful to work with. They guided me through the entire home buying process. They kept in contact and offered lots of options and made sure I found the perfect place for me.

Our biggest challenge was a breeze! Before we met Chassy and Ron we did our research online. What I could see Chassy was a grinder and had grit to get your property sold. After a meeting in person we hired them on the spot. Throughout this process and even during the timeframe on the market she was able to deliver assurances that proved true and sold our property in less than 3 weeks. With our move being hours away she was able to also recommend a local realtor and lender where we were moving to and couldn’t have been more happier from home shopping to closing. Each step proved her ability to use partnerships and collaboration to ensure this process was easy. If you have a difficult move choose Chassy and Ron to make it a much less stressful situation.

Absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for! I can’t begin to thank the team of Better way 2 sell enough! Ron and Chassy not only were realtors to me but became friends in our yearly search for a home. So many no’s but each one taught me what I did and didn’t like as we went on. They guided me through ins and outs of how houses work and what I would need to look out for even after I bought the home. No question or even time for that matter was an issue! Any question was answered and explained until I fully understood what was happening and anytime I saw a house available we jumped on it and looked soon as we could or late as I often worked late. Which was so appreciated to make themselves so available as this is my first home buying process and I was nervous about a lot of it. Great Attitudes and Experienced Realtors.
Chassy has a great attitude and years of market experience in the area which made pricing the home easy and getting a great offer super quickly! She helped to do a final cleaning and setup of the house and coordinated the clearing of the two feet of snow dumped on us right before the pictures were taken when I couldn't be at the home. Although the home ended up selling for less than the listing price, it was through no fault of hers and she was a great reassurance throughout the whole process who's lines of thinking very much matched my own. Among the three properties I've sold, although this wasn't the easiest, it was the best experience due to her support. She will be my go to realtor for future endeavors!

Great team of realtors . My significant other and were looking at homes for about 8 months before we finally found our home. Ron and Chassy helped us look gave them our needs and budget, went and looked at the home we have now and knew it was ours. Ron was able to set up a private show for us to see it without having the open house showing and we put in an offer that night. I will be calling them to help us look for our next future homes if we need to move.

Excellent Experience. The communication between agents Chassy and Ron and myself was excellent. I drove them crazy with my endless questions I'm sure, but they never failed to answer them. When I left messages for them they always got back to me quickly.

Both were very knowledgeable which was much appreciated. They showed comparisons between my condo and similar properties that had recently been sold. This helped me when coming up with an asking price for my home. They were not pushy and let me make decisions based on the information they provided me.

Broken window seals and radon were unavoidable expenses that I was not planning on having to deal with in order to sell my home. Chassy and Ron were great when it came to finding reliable/reasonable repairmen to fix these problem items. Without their help I am sure that I would have been out a lot more money.

Great Experience Selling Our House. Chassy and Ron Pollard walked us through the process of pre-inspection for our home, and helped us all along the way in making necessary repairs to the house to get it ready for sale and ready to close. They provided recommendations for contractors, electricians and plumbers as well as helped us schedule all necessary repairs. We were able to get the house under contract quickly with an offer above asking. It was a great experience!
