The rooms were clean, the bedding was fresh, the breakfast was good, the staff were nice, the location was great, and I would definitely stay again. I recommend requesting a room with the water view. It was nice to wake up to. Great job!

Rooms were clean and the beds were quite comfortable. If you like softer beds that is. The breakfast is pretty standard fare but I appreciate that there is always some protein available along with some lighter options like oatmeal or cereal.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while on business after Thanksgiving. The rooms were extremely clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and it warmed up quickly. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast attendant was nice and helpful. He was very accommodating of my husband's special dietary needs. He made us feel at home. Breakfast was fresh and hot with plenty of options for every palate. Parking was plentiful. This hotel is pet friendly with a nice dog walk next to the lake. Our room on the 4th floor was surprisingly quiet despite the hotel's location near the train tracks. As Diamond members, out of all of the Hilton properties we have stayed at, this is by far one of the best properties in the Hilton family. We would definitely stay here again.

Love love love our stay at Hampton. It was nice to be welcomed to the facility. Being back in Huntsville was nice. I moved in 2018. Next time I'm there will definitely come back, hopefully I can have breakfast during the stay. Missed out on this trip due to long road trip ahead. Accessible room was Awesome. My mom enjoyed the roll in shower. Highly Recommend this hotel it's down the street from Bridge Street where the shops and restaurants are Thanks Hampton Inn

Excellent Hilton property right off the freeway and close to plenty of places to eat and the local technology park of contractors. Property was clean, looked new, and everything worked well! Complimentary breakfast was excellent too! Plus all the folks i came in contact with were friendly and helpful. I'll be back! Thanks!!

I stayed here for one night. It was convenient to UAH, clean, and quiet. The hot breakfast was a real treat after a year of cold food in bags at other hotels. I would have preferred to have real 1/2 and 1/2 with coffee instead of the fake creamer provided, but everything else was great. The shower was hot with good pressure and the beds were very comfortable with the softest sheets.

I don’t typically leave a review for hotels and we have been staying in many hotels on our cross country road-trip. But this time I felt I had to, this hotel was a 10/10 experience. Our dog-friendly room was large, comfortable, and incredibly clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also perfectly placed in a central location, and the fare was affordable.

Staff was very attentive to my needs. Rooms are comfortable but not as soundproof as I would like. Front desk dealt with some rowdy guests as soon as I called.

This place had a beautification award. You can easily see why when you get there. Rooms were amazing. Shower was cleaner than all other locations we have been. This was a king suit. The third floor view over the pond was just great with the moonlight and the sunrise. The staff were super nice. Even called up to the room to make sure we didn't need anything else. Just WOW. They actually care! Can't get service like this anywhere nowadays.

Since the time we walked in the hotel, we were greeted with smiling faces. The room was spotless, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The staff made sure to stress that if we ever needed anything, just to ask. Every staff person always greeted you and had a smile on their face. Their brekfast is amazing, and the enivroment is amazing. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone thats going to huntsville! I’ve had bad experience with hotels before, but Hampton has changed my mind. All the staff at this hotel deserves a pat on the back and a lot of acknowledgment for their awsome service that they give when people come into this hotel!

There was a technical glitch where our online reservation did not get registered on their books, so when we arrived they said they didn’t have a room.

But the manager Stephen was very understanding and got us a great room for our family of five.

He was calm and collected and found us a solution. Thank you Stephen!

Great hotel. Perfect location and room was perfect. I hope I'm right with the names lol. Charley was on front desk and she was awesome. Gwen took care of us with a great breakfast. The room and inside and out of hotel was phenomenal so a big high 5 to maintenance for their pride and effort of the upkeep. We will be back soon. Thanks for a great stay to the whole staff.
