I found this place to be very relaxing and enjoyable. Lot of selections and well kept. Great coffee as well.

Such a good place to look for books of any topic and is so clean and paceful.

I went into Barnes & Noble to get a birthday gift for a friend. My search led me to a particular section where I easily found a nice gift for my friend. After checking out, I was on the way out when I noticed an item that would make a fun gag gift that my friend would enjoy. Because the actual gift was not expensive. I was able to get the gag gift also.

My friend got a great laugh from the gag gift when I gave it and I enjoyed seeing the joy on their face.

The Barnes & Noble here is nicely kept, well -organized, and staff have never been anything but friendly to me. I enjoy periodically stopping by when I'm in town and reading a book while having a coffee; easily one of my favorite spots out at Bridge Street.

Whats not to love about Barnes & Noble?! Tons of books to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a decent assortment of manga. Good coffee. Will recommend.

What a nice selection of books, great coffee, and knowledgeable employees! Even in the busy Christmas season an employee took the time to have a conversation with us about an author's works that helped me make a decision about a gift for my husband. THANK YOU!

Great experience with their customer service and manager. We received a puzzle as a Christmas gift and it was missing pieces. B&N was kind to allow us to get another puzzle (we paid the difference in price).

Very kind and honest staff. We accidentally left a lululemon bag with merchandise in the store and when we went bag the next to see if by chance it was still there an employee had found it and kept it safe in the store till we claimed it.

The category of books was scattered and not where you would usually find them at a B&N. Still everything you would expect out of these stores.

One of the great remaining bookstores in the area. I do love local, independent bookstores but they're few and far between. B&N's coffee shop, enormous selection of books and magazines, and atmosphere are 1st rate.

I love this place. So many more books than other local chains. Clean restrooms. Helpful staff. Great children's area, games, collectibles, and niche toys.

We love this Barnes& Noble location because of the friendly atmosphere, well stocked shelves and coffee restaurant inside. My children and I go here to shop for books, magazines and a variety of kids toys. We love the location and always stop by after we go to bridge Street. The parking is convenient, although it can be hard to find a spot when they're super busy. Located next to the cheesecake factory! Grab a good book and get your coffee to go. Then go take a tour of bridge Street, the open air mall!

Great book store with an excellent children's section that my kids love. There is a nice little café area up front that serves coffe and light foods. There is a large selection of books in almost every genre one could think of.

Be sure to always ask the customer service representatives at this location if a book or product can be ordered, when it is determined that they do not have enough in stock, specifically. Consequently, it is not the first recommendation from the customer service representatives nor their senior management to offer to order a product, as an initial customer related problem solving measure when you ask if they have anymore products in stock. Be sure to assist the employees and management them by choosing one of the following or be creative and come up with your own! Examples: "Is it at all possible to order it?", "Can you order it?", "Would you please place an order for it?", "Do you have the resources at your disposal to place an order for this retail product?", "May I please patronize your business in order to procure your products for your profit, as I am such a huge fan of brick and mortar establishments, considering online shopping is all the rave?". Or a variation that I may not be able to communicate succinctly, as provided above. Antecdote: When I had a customer service job, I would automatically suggest ordering as an option to increase sales and revenue while simultaneously satisfying the customer's need(s), as a good faith gesture for them to return. Or even suggesting that they can order it themselves on our website in case they didn't have time right then to allow me to place the order. As I would want them to remember my company's brand name as the preferred choice versus the many competitors in the industry, the major being online shopping. Each one teach one!
