AT&T Store

I had a death in my family. #1 I went to Madison Blvd location with the death certificate, but no manager so polite but no help - just a waste of time. #2 I tried online chatting with an agent - waste of time. #3 I called the loyalty number and they canceled the line but said I owed $900+ unless I brought my deceased mother-in-law's phone to a store. #4 I went to the university store with the phone, which was polite but bamboozled and couldn't help. #5 My wife called this location at bridgstreet, and the manager said they would help us. Even though it took my wife a couple hours to arrive, this outstanding manager stayed just for us (i think they skipped lunch and/or stayed beyond their shift)!!! This manager resolved our outstanding issues. Thank you manager, I wish I knew your name to praise you in this review. If AT&T gives bonuses, you deserve a big one!

Joe was PHENOMENAL! We could not have asked for better customer service! He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and patient. He answered all of our questions and showed us various plan options. After reviewing our current plan, Joe was able to advise us of the best phone plan for our budget. He got us exactly we wanted. The best customer service than any other cellular store store we’ve visited, including other AT&T stores. Our customer service experience with Joe is unmatched. Everyone else take note.

Joe at the Bridge Street location was awesome and really patient with us as we had a good bit of stuff to figure out due to this being our first plan as account owners. We had issues working with Verizon to get our number switched over, but he was really helpful through the whole process. Everyone in the store was really nice and helpful. It’s nice to walk in a store and work with a sales consultant and not leave feeling like you were just another number and got cheated out of your money. They actually answer your questions and help you find what’s best for you.

I would like to thank Keller, Felicia and Joe for all their help setting up our new service! Joe did an excellent job getting us a quote and when we came back the next day, he had Keller all lined up to get us set up. When we had a question/ issue with our initial bill, Felicia and Joe were wonderful getting our questions answered and issues resolved. Joe got our bill straightened out and Felicia got my AT&T corporate partner credit installed. Keller came by to see how we are doing and he was great again! My husband, myself and our baby went into the store last night and it was amazing. Not only was the store super clean our sales rep Joe met us at the door and was truly amazing. He helped us find the best plan that fit our needs, found the best deals for us and helped us set up our new phones. Even through technical difficulties he still remained positive and super helpful.

Fantastic service today. Two very professional gentleman helped me ( Keller and Jimmy) with a issue with two phones. I could not of of ask for better service. Very professional and more then willing to assist and took the time to explain. I also bought a new phone and they took the time to go over all my questions. I an very impressed with the service. I really hope management rewards these two professionals for thier excellent service and professionalism.

My family had a great experience trading in our old iPhones. Customer Service from Dalton was A+! He not only assisted with the trade in but helped us adjust our family plan for the best rate possible and we thoroughly enjoyed his help.

Jimmy the manager and dalton were really helpful, and seemed genuine to wanting to help my wife and I figure out several different things with our new account with ATT. I had always loved their service but have been with different provider. But decided to come back, and love my new iPhone 12 Pro. Dalton will go the extra mile explaining anything I loved that.

My family and I are now officially new members of AT&T.!!!! It was a very professional, easy, quick and friendly experience here at this location. Charmaine was my main sales person and she did a fantastic job with helping me find the right prices and also with porting out numbers! All of the other workers were also helpful, especially with any random questions I brought up, lol. This was def the best experience I’ve ever had within the phone company industries.

I spent an hour on the phone with the idiots at AT&T corporate trying to get my wife’s phone ported over from Verizon. Dalton at the AT&T Store got me sorted out in 10 minutes. Cannot recommend this store highly enough.

Joe is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in this store he is nothing shy of amazing. He’s friendly, and courteous. He’s also extremely patient. I’d give him 5 stars every time. Customer service is definitely his thing. Keep it up Joe!

Did an upgrade to my phone online. Came in and Jimmy helped me complete that process. He helped me understand how to backup my old iphone, how to set up the new one, restore everything and answered all questions I had. I ended up getting a nice new case as well. Store was clean, staff were polite. Would come back here other any other AT&T.

This store is the best in the area. Dalton helped me fix my grandmother's phone and account. She was ready to buy a completely new phone, but he showed us that she could keep her old phone, and didn't take advantage of the situation to make a sale.

Donnell Harris was very professional and took the time to deal with me with setting up a account for my business. I appreciate the great customer service that he provided, along with breaking everything down for me to understand before completing.

The service I received was above and beyond. Tina, the store manager, and Dalton, the sales associates, spent hours with me to advise and to set up new phones. In this day and age of on-line purchasing, having qualified persons in stores is becoming a luxury, and having people that nice and that patient and helpful is extraordinary.

Came in to upgrade our phones and both Dalton and the manager were extremely helpful! Both were thorough in explaining what our best options were as far as the upgrades and wireless service goes. Highly recommend this store!!!!

I made a mistake transferring data from my iPhone 14 Pro Max to my grandson's new iPhone SE. The AT&T staff at Bridge Street Madison Alabama helped me restore my phone. They are awesome.
