Alfa Romeo of Huntsville

So I want to start off by saying I live in TN, after calling every (3) Alfa dealerships in TN and not getting an answer, I called this one in Huntsville AL. I had several technical questions involving parts I needed for my Alfa Romeo 4C. Not only was Scott able to determine the part numbers I had were wrong, he was able to find out what the right part numbers were, along with sending me a diagram and price of the parts I needed, as well as calling me back within 5 minutes and giving me a price for several different types of shipping available. He was extremely helpful. Although this dealership is 5hrs away, Scott has earned my trust and this will be the dealership I use if I ever need help again. Customer service at its best. Very highly recommended.

Leased an Alfa Romeo Giulia from the good folks at Alfa Romeo of Huntsville (Landers McLarty) a few months back. Working with Deonte Sutton via email on a good price was very easy and painless. True to his word, the car was ready for me on the day we agreed upon and the sales transaction was uneventful (which is a GOOD thing). Brian Moultry handled the sale in-store and he was also very easy to work with, as well as pretty knowledgeable about the car I was buying. Lastly, Don Alexandria in Finance provided the quickest and non-aggressive "backroom" dealing I've ever had at a dealership. He was very precise, succinct and most importantly, wasn't too pushy at selling the usual dealership upgrades.

There was a mixup with the bank on the paperwork, so I had to come back in to sign a new lease. However, this wasn't their fault in any way, and once again the transaction went flawlessly. No funny business and none of the fast moves were pulled that some dealerships often get associated with. Seriously, if you're in the market for an Alfa in Huntsville, don't hesitate to work with these folks.

I will definitely be taking my business back there soon.

I had found a base model 2018 Stelvio at a used car lot in town and wanted to get it checked out by alfaromeousaofhuntsville — was placed in phone tag cycle while they tried to connect me with anyone who could help so that should have been my first sign they aren’t actively selling/servicing Alfa Romeo vehicles. Interested in buying a higher end Stelvio from a local dealership, I found a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio on the alfaromeousaofhuntsville website that looked good - very low miles. I called the dealership and was told by the salesperson on the phone (Lou?) that I knew more about his inventory than he did, which made me hesitant to buy from them. Determined, I drove to the dealership and met a salesperson named Matthew who, trying to be helpful, suggested I go to their website to price a car if I wanted to buy one. Brochures were only available online. He gave me an old Alfa Romeo magazine and his Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram/Fiat business card as a thank you for stopping by. I felt like he hadn’t even seen an Alfa Romeo vehicle in person. They had nothing in stock to test drive. I ended up going to Birmingham where the knowledgeable staff had six pre-owned Stelvio SUVs I was able to look at and test drive, with more coming in, and a few new dozen cars/SUVs on the lot to choose from, too. I gladly bought with confidence a 2018 Stelvio Ti Sport from the Birmingham dealership and will get my vehicle serviced there.

My less than stellar experience ends with no car or even a test drive. I communicated with the sales manager and inquired about a very specific vehicle. I provided the stock #. I was then referred to a sales person for a test drive the following day. When I showed up the vehicle was inside the dealership and the sales rep thought I was interested in an SUV, or the sedan I clearly indicated. I left. If you’re going to waste my time before I even get to drive a vehicle I shudder to think what the rest of the process would be like. Luckily there are Alfa Romeo dealerships in Birmingham and Nashville. I will take my business there.
