Shaggy's Burgers and Tacos

Could not recommend this enough! Every single thing I ate was delicious. Quesadilla is amazing and both quesos are good. Staff was extremely friendly and had good recommendations. Check this place out for sure, you won't be disappointed. Prices are very reasonable too!

Love the taco burger!!!. But the thing I noticed is how clean Shaggy's is. And there were 2 ladies making sure the dining area stayed that way.

The restrooms were also very clean.

Feels like a great local spot that you find on a beach vacation! Our family loves Shaggys for each meal of the day with a particular fondness for breakfast! You can't go wrong with anything on the breakfast menu ( pancakes and omelets are 10/10) Taco salads and pocket tacos are family favorites.

Took the wife to lunch there, I have been there before but this was her first time, I had the #4 combo, 2 tacos (beef) chips and salsa, she had the #1 cheese burger with fries, both combo's came with a soft drink, she really liked the burger and the tacos were real good also, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was clean, they had a spring training baseball game on. Had plenty of seats available but it was around 1 pm, we probably just missed the lunch crowd

We only did pickup this time at Shaggys. The quesadilla and taco salad are both still good. The cheese dip was disappointing due to the size you receive for the price. The same goes for the chips and salsa, which are usually complimentary at other Mexican restaurants.

This little place is great all around. We had hot slaw dogs and tacos. Great food for the price. Service was great and very clean. I love the music they play and their TV's. Lots of food to pick from.

We eat Shaggy's almost every week. It's a nice place to sit down for a meal, but it's also a great drive-thru experience! In years past, they messed up our order regularly. However, they have improved a lot and haven't done so the last dozen or more visits.

This was our first time eating inside at Shaggy’s and let me start out by saying we were very impressed! I’ve always thought it was weird they’re known for Burger & Tacos but it’s essentially a Little Rosie’s (as they’re owned by the same company). The decor was very colorful and trendy. I absolutely love the ambiance. The inside was extremely clean and the employees were very friendly. When you enter, you order at the counter where they give you a pager and pick up your food at the window to the left when it’s ready. They serve alcohol and I highly recommend the Mambo Taxi! It’s one of our favorites from Rosie’s and just as good at Shaggy’s. One new thing we stumbled upon are the Cinnamon Nachos and they are out of this world. Fresh nachos with cinnamon sugar sprinkled all over. Of course chips and salsa and queso are also a must. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of tables to enjoy your meal outside. If you want to take your meal to go, the drive thru is located on the backside of the building. We will definitely be back!

They don't skimp on the meat for the tacos and always have extra cups of the sauce for anyone to grab. Definitely recommend, especially if you're on a budget and don't eat much. Me and my dad were able to share a burger and taco combo without breaking the bank. My dad swears by their chicken tacos and I love their queso.

We have always had excellent service and food at Shaggys. The fish tacos are the very best with 2 oversized pieces of fish on a warm, fresh tortilla. Make sure you add the red cabbage slaw! Even our out of town guests request return visits.

Great multi-purpose menu. Good for all tastes. Dining indoors and out. Drive thru moves quickly. Ask for their BBQ sauce for a good twangy experience. Good for burgers AND fries.

I normally dine in but I decided to run through the drive thru this time. The line was very long and I wasn't sure I had made the right choice because I was kind of in a hurry. Once you get in line it is hard to get out. But it was so quick and amazing. Service was great! I was totally impressed. I love shaggys even more now!

So I've started falling back and I'm going back through reviews and I'm going to new places to back up good reviews. Oh man where do I start... it's a really cool atmosphere it's set up as fast food so you seat yourself and that's cool but then the food wow it was worth me going and I found a new favorite. I tried supper the only suggestion is that shaggys let's it be known you can't get breakfast except at breakfast. It looked more amazing than supper but looking at menu online I never seen I couldn't get it and it comes up first on menu. I can't wait to try breakfast!

Stopped in and couldn't decide between the burger and the tacos so I was thrilled to find the burger and taco combo. The food came out fast, hot and was delicious all around. The tacos were amazing and the red sauce on the table gave it the right amount of kick. The burger was piled high with toppings and was cooked to perfection. The fries were thin and crispy which is my favorite. Cool place, chill vibes. If I'm ever back in Huntsville I'd definitely stop back in! I need to see about getting one of their Make Tacos Not War t-shirts!

Loved everything about this place. The eclectic look caught my attention but the food has me hooked.

The food is good and the drive thru line went fast. I've never gone in the store, so 3 stars.

Update:

I went with my son to enjoy breakfast inside the restaurant. We had a good experience. The food was good as usual, but this time I was impressed by the layout of the store. Every table was clean and the condiments were full. The TV's are located in a great spot for a sports fan also. We'll be back for lunch.

Wow! This place has all you could ever ask for. I just had a freegin taco AND a hamburger with MIXED freegin french fries (sweet potato and regular. Yes apparently that's a thing). Both the burger and taco were delicious so no compromise on taste. Also that was one of the more affordable combos @ around $8. The kids were happy (hamburger kids meal and cheese tortilla). The wife was happy too with her bacon cheeseburger. The cinnamon nachos are like Taco Bell's cinnamon twist on steroids! The taste is fantastic.

Beyond the deliciousness of this place the ambience was nice and the food was affordable ($31 for a family of 4 with combo's this was before the military discount which they do offer). Restrooms and parking were also acceptable. We'll be back! My wife wants to try the taco burger.

Great location first off!! And I'm full as a tick lol. This is my first time here and I've lived here for 11 years. My fiancee just moved here from Chicago so you know us Chicagoans are foodies. He thoroughly enjoyed his meal. We both had the #5 Quesadilla plate and he added a fish taco...one word DELICIOUS!! CASHIERS WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND THAT IS A PLUS. We enjoyed our meal on the patio relaxing to the oldies tunes playing in the background. What a way to end a Thursday evening. Thank you!!
