Arby's

I can honestly say that the Smokehouse brisket sandwich is the best thing they have In my opinion. Good service, fast, and yummy. The mint shake is perfect as well.

I stopped at Arby's for a large jamocha shake. It's my favorite shake. I didn't buy any additional items during this visit.

The new assistant manager I believe is her title,they have at this locatiom is an absolute gem of a soul. Ten out of five stars is amazing

Wonderful customer service and team work!!
I had placed a mobile order through the app to this location by mistake, so I called them and explained what happened and asked if I could cancel the order since I don’t have a “cancel” option on my order confirmation screen.

The assistant manager said they could not cancel the order, but she may be able coordinate with another store transfer my order to the Johnson City location I intended to pickup from. She was very friendly to speak with and seemed like she genuinely cared.

I was able to pick up my order from the JC location with no problem. As soon as I got there, they knew the ordeal, had my food ready, and thanked me for stopping by. Wow!

There are all great employees that work there I can not name them all but they do have management that keeps everything running smooth I believe his name is dusty very friendly and nice to talk to

Fantastic place to eat a bit pricey but what can you expect with today's prices.

My son loved it. Friendly people. Let us keep our coupons. Lol won him over right there.

Food was good. People were nice, just didn't get the order correct, but it was busy. So we still give them 5 stars and will be back. Politeness is a rare thing these days, and the drive up was very sweet and polite. One thing bring back the potato cakes.

Food was great and accurate fresh and hot staff were mostly teens and new but they did a amazing job when I went they were in the middle of a rush they kept there cool and was very professional cudos to them and there efforts

The staff was very friendly people and I ordered off the app was in and out within 5 mins and there service was outstanding

This location is fast and accurate with my orders. They are above-average courteous every visit.

I will continue to frequent this location and update this review with any concerns I have in the future.

Arby's Classic is always the best, but today I tried the Philly ...not bad

Pretty good place to eat. One of my best stops when I am going through Kingsport. Food is made fresh, so sometimes I have to wait on fresh food.

Fresh food. Hot and delicious. This place is clean. I noticed the girl cleaning the dining room and even the soda stands and she was wiping tables as soon as customers left and I loved that compared to other places that do not clean and it's so messy and sticky. This Arby's was clean, friendly staff, and great food. We will be back.

Charles sure did brighten our day! We pulled in a little upset because our vehicle was giving us trouble on our way back to Bean Station. This young man was so polite and overly thoughtful. I forgot about all my troubles while we were eating because all we could talk about was Charles. We won't forget you; Stay just the way you are, I see big things in your future Charles! Throw your horns 🤘 up!!
