Everyone is super nice, super fast, and food is super delicious!! Fries are the saltiest I’ve ever had (a good thing!) and the patty melt they have is fantastic. I recommend ordering 2 bc they are small but so good!! If you haven’t had, you need to go!! Great little local fast food place!! Yumm!!

New in town. Kept hearing about Pals. Right out of the 50s. Tried it all. Wieners, Big Pal, grilled cheese, chili burger, franchie fry and a chocolate shake. Very fast and very very good. To any other newcomers you have to check out Pals.

The ORIGINAL Pal's located in the heart of Kingsport, TN! Where it ALL started! Pal's ALWAYS delivers with some of the BEST burgers, fries, drinks and other menu items. Walk-in/carry-out with no drive-thru at this particular location, BUT they do offer a nice, covered, outdoor seating area! Fast, efficient, friendly and affordable!

It was great stopping by the original pals and the service was sudden and friendly as well as it just being the best fast food hands down. Ive ate at many pals drive throughs and its all been great sudden service with the best fast food and the original pals walking in was just remarkable. I have to mention the staff was very professional and very hard workers with an employee outside sweeping the area and taking care of things outside as well as carrying out business professionally on the inside.

Got my grandson 2 hot dogs. Large frenchie fry and a pnut butter milkshake. Got my self a sweet tea. He got a large frenchie fry so he cld give me a few. Did not happen he said it was great. Hes very picky so ill believe him

Outside dining area was nice and clean, despite the birds. Staff goes above and beyond - friendliest people you could hope to meet.

I was kind of surprised their sweet tea costs almost twice as much as soda, but ...... they had mello yellow (it's been 20yrs since I had that) so enjoyed nostalgia along w/ my yummy inexpensive sauce burger.

Stopped for the p nut butter milk shake delicious been drinking them since I was a teenager now my kids drink them .

I trust any pals location to be the fastest fast food! Plus it's always great quality

Ate at this Pal's when I was in High School 50+ years ago. We always have to eat at Pals when we return to Kingsport for a visit!

Loved the old school feeling of the Pals in Kingsport. So awesome. Mine and my sons favorite place to visit everytime we're in the area.

I moved to South Carolina in March of 2021 and hadnt had Pals since. Even though the closest one is 2 hours away in Erwin, I didnt make it back until last month. This location was one that my grandfather and I visited when I was younger and loved eating outside. My kids were so excited to go back and have Pals again too. I had to go with the sauceburger(2) a large frenchie fry and a Large Dr. ENUF. If only Pals was in South Carolina..its the only reason for me to visit Tennessee again.

This one is the original Pal's. Gotta get out and walk in but well worth it. Pal's is a regional treat and if your in the area you owe it to yourself to stop and try one. This one in particular is the very first one and is a treat to stop in and eat at. I got a large order of cheddar rounds with light fry salt and a large diet coke. Gotta get the light fry salt, makes the cheddar rounds 10X's better. For lunch get a double sauce burger, large fry, and a coke. You'll thank me later.

Never a bad experience! Food is always fast and delicious. Very rarely do I get an order that is missing something. When I have, they have always given me what I was missing free of charge and even given me an extra item which I appreciate! You can’t beat a big Pal burger with fries & a sweet tea!
