Cook Out

AMAZING all the way! Service, food (taste, promptness and temperature), milkshakes have chunks of whatever mix in you order in every bite! I only went here because McDonald's was closed for cleaning and I'm SO glad they were! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Spent less than $15 for a double burger meal with 2 sides (fries and hush puppies) and 2 large shakes! I may never goto McDonald's again! Server's name is Aiden. He was Awesome 👍🏼😎

Cookout has great prices for their tray meals, add what you want to a burger and two sides. The sweet tea is amazingly strong and sweet without any bitterness like some places now. The service is quick and friendly. I've had it multiple times late at night and will continue to do so.

After a long night of work we all was craving a milkshake and well some of us did. I did want a milkshake but I have never been to the cookout and I told them the work crew this. Next thing I know we headed to our nearest location and I have to say. Thank you work crew and the cookout for not disappointing me. I can't wait until the next time I get to go there.

I don't know why I always feel like I get a really good deal and a lot of food for the price when I go there I love you more that I can substitute my drink for a milkshake and to get extra peanut butter and milkshake cost $0 and I get always way more food than I can eat thank goodness my husband is a bottomless pit so he can eat what I don't and that is me even ordering off the cheaper smaller size menu love the options also of food to eat

Great food, large quantity, at reasonable price.
Way better than most fast food places.

1st time ever at COOK OUT, in Kingsport, TN on 3/23/23 was awesome and ERICA is Fabulous. We are back again today and I want to give a Shout Out to ERICA once again. Her attitude is infectious. Great Customer Service

Food is nearly always great. Sweet tea is awesome. On outside lane today however, you had to wait until they called you. No zipper playing today (where you go to the end of your lane and then you and vehicle to your left take turns at the respective windows). They wanted you to wait by the speaker until they called you so that way when you got to the window, your food was hot and ready, instead of waiting at the window.

Cookout it as great food. A step up for most fast food places. You should get the hush puppies, and one of their many flavors of milkshakes. They are outstanding.

Yesterday was my first time eating here. I ordered a bbq plate. It was delicious. I did ask for extra bbq sauce and they did not put it in there but it was still very good. Not dry at all and the hush puppies and crinkle fries where great. I went back today and got a burger and was not disappointed. Went through the drive through and it was slow yesterday but they were pretty quick today. I’ll be back

Reliably good food, quick service, pleasant staff. My favorite is the BBQ platter. The fresh watermelon shake is surprisingly good. Slaw is good, onion rings OK, hot dogs NO.

This was my first trip to Cook Out. I was very impressed with my burger and onion rings. The cashier was super nice. The burger tasted just like it came of grill at a cookout. Can't wait to go back and try their hot dogs.

Fast service and great food, cheap price. Also very clean and a lot of variety. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Aidan was our cashier at the window and he was so friendly! A good conversationalist and funny- our food was great too.

You can never go wrong with cookout. The burgers are fantastic, the chicken sandwiches are delicious, and the corn dogs are just the right size. The hush puppies are awesome, but definitely try it with a cookout sauce.

I typically go here after 1 am when everything else is closed but I can't get enough.

Service was fast and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious 😋

Great food, great service and great prices

Ordered a cheese burger. Cheese nuggets onion rings w tea. Also ordered chicken strips. Bacon wrap and taco walk ? First time ever I cld not eat it. Burger had left blood on bun. I've got to have it done. The taco whatever was strange. And awful. Onion rings cheese nuggets chicken strips bacon wrap were wonderful. They were very very busy. I'm assuming that was issue. Forgot ranch dressing but I'm cutting them a break we had to wait 20 mins in drive thru. I'm happy for them. So many places have went under. I'm not really complaining. Like I said they had both lines backed around building. I under stand.
