McDonald's

we go here often. sometimes we dine in and other times drive thru. staff is always so kind to us. we feel like family there. they’re always quick to greet us and our 2 year old child.

I love McDonalds second best one I been too. There is one off 20 in Columbia sc fries are one tenth of a different better. I love McDonalds I been to 100 of them. Love y’all at this place!

Drive thru very nice service. I had the fish sandwich, fries and my husband enjoyed the big Mac with fries. Coffee & lemonade.

This particular McDonald's is my favorite!! They are the best here!!! All the managers are extremely nice and go beyond to make sure things are done right the first time!!! I come to this location every single day to buy my drinks and often food as well. I really enjoy the atmosphere when I am in here.

I'm an employee and I have no issues there with any of the coworkers, any of the customers, any of the food, nothing. Best mcdonalds in kingsport.

The associate at the 2nd window was one of the nicest ppl that had ever waited on me anywhere!!! He was happy, courteous and actually took time to look me in the eye and told me to have a fabulous day for him... I did because of his polite way! He'll go far one day!!

My favorite location, right by my house. The employees always recognize me and my son, and always ready with stickers for him. They have moved the curbside pickup to the main parking lot, which does provide better shade while you wait

I am from out of town and it was my first time going through this McDonald’s drive through. The drive through ladies were extremely professional and polite. My order was correct and expedient. My half unsweetened/sweetened tea was fresh and tasted like the urn is kept very clean. A lot of times I order tea from other establishments and it tasted rancid and funky. Their tea was fresh and perfect. They remembered my lemon too! My fries were crisp and hot and my crispy chicken sandwich was hot and delicious. A+ from me!! They remembered napkins, a straw and my sauces too.

This used to me by go to for lunch at work. I'd always order online, pickup and eat in the parking lot. Have to say I never once had any problems with the food being wrong, cold or tasting old. The staff was always polite as well.

The morning staff are so wonderful so helpful
if yall would kill the annoying music at all tri cities stores I am sure the employees hate it too

Service has gone down hill.

I am updating my previous "two star" rating.
We have visited this location for several days in a row, for breakfast. SUPERB food, service and cleanliness. Thank you for listening to your customers and improving the areas that truly needed it!

This is the best McDonald's in the Tri-City region for me. There are a couple other ones that are decent but this Micky D's is bar none to the others. Really nice staff, always friendly and happy to serve and the food is always fresh and delicious. I only wish they had a play place for kids.

I used to hate this McDonalds... But it is easily my favorite McDonald's in our area ... That is all thanks to the manager Connor ... He is professional if you ever have a problem he is the one I would ask to speak with ... Everyone messes up sometimes and he make sure you are more than happy and pleased with how your visit is handled mistake or no mistake... He is one of the best managers I have ever seen and this includes high end restaurants and all ... Thank you Connor for being so great and having such great customer service..

Was a little too warm 🥵... But other than that it was a good experience.

real clean real nice food nice and cooked fries for cooked no Shamrock Shakes again I don't know what's going on with McDonald's in about these Shamrock Shakes but they need to start doing what they're supposed to do Shamrock Shakes or St Patrick's Day in St Patrick's Day only that's the way it's always been and tell you the truth if they ain't going to carry it they shouldn't be open and and the quality of the food was awesome it was cooked right temperatures were warm right on quality of the customers coming in was great to what I saw and the manager of a quality of the manager needs a little attitude adjustment drive-thru was slow by 10 points and God bless you and I hope your quality of this

Employees seem nice so lovely service, also fast service, as every mcdonald's I recommend, many mcdonald's don't fill up their tea. Guess what!! They filled the tea up and instead of being sour the tea was fresh. Best mcdonald's I have been to in a long time.

Love the people always friendly always right with my food

I used the app to place a mobile order for a pastry as part of a birthday offer. Service was quick and friendly.

Excellent service.employees where very nice. I ordered took my daughter back to the car to buckle her in and the employee thought I was leaving and forgot my food and he carried it all outside to me. Very nice and considerate.

The people at this McDonald’s are so consistent. All of the employees are exceptional every-time I visit.
