Beautiful neighborhood, model home is just gorgeous. They’re in their last phase and offering lots of incentives for the last lots available. Sean, the sales rep was amazing, answered all my questions, went above and beyond to provide me with all the details and offers. They’re semi-custom builders so you’d have quite options of personal touch to add to your new home, of course, if you don’t mind the wait to have the house built from scratch.

I have been interacting with this office for a year now. My experience is very positive. Deborah is extremely good salesperson and I am glad I found her. She is honest, truthful and very knowledgeable. So is the builder Graham. As time passed by, my respect for Grand homes only grew stronger. I believe they invest in lasting relationships. Hard to find a team/builder like this. Especially in the current market.

This was my first time buying a home and I am so THANKFUL to Deb who walked me through every step of the process. Victor Cortez was my builder, and he did an AMAZING JOB with the entire build out process. There were so many things about purchasing a new build that I did not know. Victor made the experience very professional and knowledgeable about how and why things were done the way it was done and making sure every detail was built correctly and beautiful. Above and beyond work ethic and service with both Deb as the agent, and Victor as the home builder! Thank you to the both of you! My kids and I love our Grade Home!!!

Our home buying experience with Deborah Mignone has been stupendous. She is honest and authentic with her advice, not pushy and some great recommendations right from lot selection, design and till date over the last 1 year during the post sales construction process. I really highly recommend to go ask for Deborah Mignone if you are buying a new house. I wish Deborah good health and deliver many successful projects for her clients.
