AT&T Store

Carlton T. , store manager solved my concern. Also his professional experience helped me with saving monthly payment $$. This place is the best AT&T I have visited for many years!!

We went in to just upgrade my wife's old phone. Not having any luck with customer service at other stores, we stopped here to see if their service would be better. What we experienced was amazing service! Carlton and Elvis were both inviting and knowledgeable. They helped my wife with her new phone and also helped us both save money on our plans. They just offered up suggestions that they didn't necessarily have to. You can tell they just enjoy their jobs, and they're really good at it. And as if everything that they had already done for us wasn't enough, they even stayed with us after the store was closed to finish up the purchase and even explained and taught us new features on the phones. At no point did they make us feel rushed or that we were a burden. Two great guys! I'd recommend anyone to come see them and receive the same experience that we did.

Ugrading phone and Elvis was awesome. Help make it simple. So simple we got the fiber as well.

Anthony was super helpful. He got my setup done in less than a minute. We were sent to this store from other AT&T store citing that my setup won’t happen at their store and Anthony did it in few seconds

Michael was an excellent help in getting us the best deal. The staff during my last visit was very attentive and professional. I came in expecting to purchase one phone but ended up with a better deal for two. I will definitely shop here again.
