The UPS Store

This UPS is always busy, but they rise to the occasion and generally pick up the pace to decrease wait time. There is a full staff of employees there so I rarely wait more than a minute or two no matter when I arrive. I return a lot of Amazon purchases so it helps that I know I can be quickly in and out of here. Located near several restaurants and other stores so it’s super convenient when running errands.

Love this location. Everyone is so helpful. Kudos and many thanks to Carter who always asks me if he can help carry packages to my car. In a world where people will just watch you struggle... I'm thankful.

I had left a very expensive television tripod behind at a shoot, and instead of driving 10 hrs round trip to retrieve it, a friend dropped it off at this location to be packed up and shipped. Nick packed my tripod more securely than I ever could have and with so much care. Kudos to you Nick for taking such good care of this equipment for me!! The cost of having it boxed up and shipped was even less than I expected as well. Many thanks to Nick and this entire location!

It was fast and efficient! I came in at 1:00 p.m. and got seen in about between 1:00 and 2 minutes

The BEST place for shipping and printing. I would pick this ups any day over the stupid FedEx nextdoor.

Had to send baby formula to New York before my baby and I got there(since one of my family members informed me there was none in stores over there). Went to get it packaged and shipped priority by UPS. Was stressed and nervous that I would not get it in time but I did. Breckin was great help and informative on when it would reach by and when to start tracking. Overall a great experience and well staffed store. Very clean and friendly store.

I've been coming here 2-4 times a week to get my mail/packages for just about a year now after this location opened. Joe, Matt, and everyone else here has been extremely kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and very proficient in what they do.
I know I'm welcomed here and have never had a problem. Besides, my kids love to get a piece of candy from the bowl. Thanks to all of you for the excellent experience while my family transitions into a new home.

One of the best UPS Store’s I’ve been to in town. Super friendly and professional and take care of things in a timely manner.

I have been to many UPS Stores. This UPS Store is by far the BEST location. The store is always staffed well, and customer service is always polite, and patient, and understanding.
If you are already flustered about something, go to this location for help. Today I had them make copies of LEGAL Papers I worked on for a week...
Employee Al made me laugh and I realized I was all worked up for nothing.
If you need help, go an extra mile or 10 miles if needed to get to this UPS Store! You will not be disappointed, and you will leave with a big smile, I promise!

This is the BEST UPS Store I have ever been to. That's high praise since I used to work for the largest air cargo company in the US in their C-Suite. They have top teir customer service. This place can't be beaten.

Mr Jo and Matt made my experience easy! Location is very cleaned. I shipped 3 different items 3 different locations. Didn’t break a sweat. these gentlemen were very helpful. (my first time shipping anything) they took good care of me. Was in and out in under 10 Mins. Thank you!!

Both times I’ve been in to drop off returns the staff have been kind and helpful. Today a young man named Lucky (early 20s, maybe even in HS) saw me coming with a box and my 10 month old, he opened the door and immediately took my items so I wasn’t juggling everything. He made sure my unusual return was packaged properly in front of me for peace of mind and was so friendly. The last time I was in an older gentleman helped me, again with multiple returns that weren’t the most organized, and I really enjoyed charting with him. I’ve waited years for a UPS store in our area and this ones off to a great start!!

These guys are AWESOME!!! They take customer service to the next level. My amazon package was returned to their store and they personally had it delivered to me so that I wouldn't have to make the trip. ABOVE and BEYOND!

Greg was Great! He answered all of my questions and found me the best deal for what I was looking for. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to print a lot of colorful pages for a gift book.
