Sam's Xpress Car Wash

I am very satisfied with how nice the staff is especially the manager that works there. The vacuums are pretty powerful. Better than other places that I have gone to in the past. I get the wash with a free car wash in 4 days but I am definitely thinking about getting the monthly car wash plan since it is unlimited washes and the pollen season is coming.

This drive thru car wash is great. Excellent customer service. They prep your car with soap & water and a quick scrub before going through the mechanical wash. When my car’s roof didn’t get clean after one time through, I asked if it could go through again. Anthony was very pleasant and professional and not only allowed my car to go through again, he and his co-worker took extra time prepping before it went through. Very impressed with their customer service.

Nice place for a car wash and be sure to purchase gas first for additional savings at the adjoining Mobil station.

I was like using the Sam’s Xpress near my house. Lewis was very helpful. He not only helped me check out, but I was in a hurry, and he helped me put my license plate back on the front of my car..
Would be nice to have an umbrella over the checkout station because it’s very hard to see with the sun shining right on it and there is no one there to help checkout.

I had purchased unlimited top tier wash. I always like coming to this location because my car is completely washed. They come around an ask if everything is ok.

Provides a good wash. You always risk a scratch or 2 when using washes with brush rolls as they collect tons of dirt, grit, & sand from vehicle's but unless you wash yourself what choice do you have? Haven't had an issue yet. Paying is easy and plan on taking my 2023 sierra here in a few days. Word to the wise though it's good to have the ceramic wax because it adds a layer of protection to the paint. Meaning less likely to get scratches and harbor dirt.

Love, love, love this chain. I have the monthly plan and I live being able to pull up anytime for a nice bath. Then I can use the free trash cans and vaccuums to get rid of the rest! So satisfying!

Great car wash! Friendly & helpful staff, really cool machine for automatically washing car mats, and free glass cleaner + microfiber rags for use while you vacuum.

The car wash itself is always great. They spend time to rinse and soap up your vehicle before you even go in. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I pay for the unlimited washes, and it's a great deal even if you go once a week.

My visit at Sam's car wash was better than I expected. The wash was fine..however it blew a magnet off my truck and at the same time I realized it here came one of their conscientious employees who handed it back to me. It's refreshing to see that kind of customer care these days.

Located on one of routine routes. It's clean and modern, a one-stop for cleaning maintainance.

It's slightly pricey, but you get what you pay for. The free vacuum station is amazingly powerful. I do eat food in my car, so I have to routinely remove the evidence.

5 stars because Isaiah went out of his way to help me get caked on tree sap that the drive through didn’t get. He helped me scrub my car with goo gone and a magic eraser to get a year+ of grossness off. He wouldn’t accept a tip either. Thank you so much Isaiah!

I’m new to area found this place in a near by search as I pulled up the clerk was very friendly explained to me the type of services offered went through the wash was very satisfied very good price and the vacuums were a definite plus I will definitely go back.

Great vacuum suction in both large & small nozzles. Free use of microfiber towels & glass cleaner. Not a fan of the car mat cleaner, it puts sand/dust on my mats. Clean bathrooms & nice selection of car cleaning supplies available in the vending machines. Free coffee!

This is one of the best places I have gotten a car wash. They had really good wash options, with my car looking really good afterwards. The employees were super nice. Specifically Adeline was incredibly friendly and helpful, helping me through the process as I wasn't super familiar with it.

First time here but have been to many car washes in Raleigh. This one is the best I’ve seen for a quick wash, they even did a complete job scrubbing down my car before it entered the wash, which was a reason to come back in itself. The guys working Sunday afternoon were quick and thorough. The price is great for service received. I’ll be back!

I love the free vacuums, and if you need gas and buy it first at their pumps you get extra off your gas price. People are friendly as well.

They email have glass cleaner, microfiber cloths and a machine that cleans your car mats all available along with the vacuums.
