Sunday and Karen were amazing to work with! We needed floral arrangements for a facility opening in Garner, and were essentially planning the event from out of state. Sunday and Karen made the process easy and seamless, while working remotely. Very responsive to our teams numerous requests. Two very special people in my life have birthdays this weekend. Normally (pre-Covid), I'd be in NC for their birthdays. (I'm from NC and now live in Ontario, Canada.) I decided I'd send flowers and found Creative Cousins. I called at 5:25pm (5 min before closing) and one of the owners, Sunday, picked up the call. I told her I knew it was near closing time and that I just wanted to find out if she could deliver the flowers the next day if I placed the order online that night before. She said she'd be happy to help me out right then and spent the next 30 minutes helping me put together 2 arrangements over the phone -- she even sent photos to me! As you can see from the pics, the arrangements are gorgeous. Not only that, she delivered them before NOON the very next day! I can't say enough about how helpful she was. I truly appreciate her time, advice and her help so I could let 2 people I love know that I was thinking about them on their birthdays. I HIGHLY recommend!

I received an arrangement for Valentine's Day that had some issues. I called Creative Cousins to explain what had happened and they were very prompt to return my call and apologized and wanted to make it right. The person I spoke with said she would send me another arrangement that day. The arrangement was amazing and way more than I expected!!! Their customer service is top notch and so are their arrangements! Creative Cousins will be my florist from now on!

Working online, and states away: I didn't know where to order flowers for delivery to my cousin that fell off a horse in her seventies - to brighten her day(s) of recovery. Creative Cousins, I figured. After all, I'm trying to get flowers to my cousin. DEFINITELY ! My cousin received the arrangement, said they were BEAUTIFUL and even packed them securely in the car, so she could take them with her on a few days away to enjoy them the whole time!

I knew getting married during COVID was going to be an adventure, but these ladies of Creative Cousins saved the day. The previous florist I was going to use for the wedding, closed shop and took my money. The owners of Creative Cousins called me to let me know and worked a new plan out with me to no advantage to them. The bouquets were absolutely gorgeous! They were exactly what I envisioned. They delivered what they promised. Received so many compliments on my bouquet. Highly, highly recommend them!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Pay for a flower arrangement and got something totally different and with flower gift/mold at the bottom of the arrangement. Definitely not worth the money. And to top it off, the customer service provided due to my inconcenience was horrible. Worst experience ever!!

Husband got ripped off 85.00 and 2/3 was filler greens and some gone by glads and 2 Lillie’s and broken daises
