Hampton Inn Greenwood

Hotel is undergoing renovation. I stayed in a newer room, bed was soft and the air blowed nice and cool. The heat blew nice and warm too. Close to Walmart and places to eat.

Stayed here for a week. Staff friendly and accommodating, rooms very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast . Beds comfortable.

The manager, Sheila, is always so welcoming!
Danielle is always the one at the front desk when I stop in to catch up. DLG will always be home to me.

My family and I traveled to Greenwood, MS to this hotel and the service was beyond amazing. Super friendly staff! The housekeeper even asked, do you all need anything? -at check- in. Rooms were well kelp and clean. The breakfast had a really good variety of items to choose from. Everything was fresh and delicious. Kid-friendly. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay while in Greenwood, MS. The staff was friendly and the rooms were great. Location was at nearly the end of Greenwood, but close to everything.

My family and I stayed here for two nights while in town for a funeral. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Danielle at the front desk. She was super! I appreciate her for her kind words and acts of kindness to us during our stay. The rooms were nice and I appreciate the measures taken to help keep us safe during this pandemic. I also had the opportunity to be asssited by another young lady during the evening and a gentleman on another day. All of the staff were awesome and offered great customer service.

Excellent hotel!! Very friendly and helpful staff! The free continental breakfast was great! The lady working the breakfast area was so kind. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Tangi at the front desk gave excellent service. She was kind and very helpful and took care of us when booking site messed up my reservation. John from the breakfast buffet was also very friendly and kind to my family and I. The room was nice and the king size bed was very comfortable.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was more than enough to get your day started right. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone looking for a decent place to stay while visiting Greenwood. Kudos Hampton Inn!

Front desk staff were very kind, welcoming and professional. The breakfast could have had more than just apples for fruit selection and nondairy yogurts would have been nice. But otherwise an awesome place to stay.

The entire staff was very nice and made our stay comfortable. We were late for breakfast but the young lady allowed us to eat and she was very nice about it (even though she was closing the area there are at least five families that appreciated her hospitality).

Our family recently spent four nights at the Hampton in Greenwood. We were met at the Front Desk by Vicky, Tangi and Marcus who were such welcoming and professional employees. They answered all our questions, gave us suggestions for restaurants, and always greeted us with a warm “hello” each time we returned to the hotel. Rosa, the breakfast hostess, met us each morning with a warm smile and while she was preparing the great breakfast she still had time to visit with us. Chelina would come and visit with us each morning to be sure everything was going well and helped us in any way necessary. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well in the Mississippi heat. We had a wonderful stay and will stay at the Hampton again when we visit Mississippi.

Staff was super friendly and the room was great. Breakfast is slipping compared to past presentations. However, I think breakfast is slipping at all the Hamptons I frequent. My last visit here, the room was not so good as it smelled like incense and still had trash in the room. Hopefully they have those issues squared away altogether.

Great lobby with fresh coffee all the time. Excellent staff that were fun and helpful! Rooms were clean and the temperature was easy to control. Tap water tasted great!

Would have loved my usual pecan cookie and drink being diamond member but they were out. Very willing to offer replacement so they get a pass. Very nice folks at the desk. Great room and stay.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for a little over a week. The hotel stay was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area!

Check in with Marcus was amazing. He was very helpful in assisting with any needs. He made our stay welcoming and warming. He would definitely be a reason to repeat our stay there. Thanks again Marcus for your good Ole Southern Hospitality!!

Very nice Hotel! We visited this place 09/14/2019. Rooms where clean very friendly staff. The Man who sets up the breakfast was so sweet, And very helpful . Also he was so friendly. Thanks again for an amazing experience
