The Customer services , the cleanliness of the restaurant, the timely manner that you receive your food. The food is hot when you get it. The customer service is awesomely great.

I'm going to Captain D's me and my family eat their at least twice a week the service is always good and fast and the food is always hot and fresh we love it and I know you will too when you don't feel like cooking and you want something good and different to eat Captain D's is on the menu.

Food on point, courtesy like no other! I visited from out of town.

This place is great. They are friendly fast and clean. They walk around and check on you while you eat. They spend time chatting with guest. And show genuine concern for doing things the right way.

The customer service was exceptional. The restaurant not only looked cleaned, but also felt cleaned. The dine in experience is different than the drive thru.

One of my favorite places to eat in Greenwood!!! I love their seafood deluxe platter. Me and my husband occasionally eat here for lunch together. The staff is always eagar to get anything you need and always walk around checking to make aure you are comfortable and satisfied.

Other than waiting for what felt like forever for the person in front of us to get their food, the food was AMAZING

Cashiers, line cooks, food delivery to vehicles all were very professional greeted me on arrival. And my catfish with all the trimmings was delicious.

The fish tasted horrible, the mac&cheese was cold like it came straight out of the can, the lobby was nasty along with the restroom. For the price of two...wasn't worth it at ALL!

I love eating there but the older lady with the big eyes didn't have to be so mean to me and my friends of 6 we want be back !!!
