Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenwood, an IHG Hotel

This hotel beats the Hilton Garden Inn. So many amenities. I cannot believe how comfortable the beds are , they provide Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Their breakfast spread is pretty awesome.

Last minute trip to visit husband’s family in Carrollton, MS. Booked through a 3rd party site and when we went to check in the site had reserved the wrong night. Tracy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful in getting the reservation corrected. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable.

Facility and rooms were clean. Staff was professional and polite. Location was safe and convenient. I will say that photos of the rooms need to be updated. Was a little skeptical about booking at first but we went ahead and booked because of a recommendation. Rooms look better than photos.

This is one of the best hotel I've stayed at in Mississippi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The ladies in the kitchen gets 2 thumbs up for the breakfast they provides. Dirty towels are picked up every day and you're given clean ones. Housekeeping crew does an excellent job, I saw them cleaning throughout the day. There was an issue with the ice maker leaking, staff took the appropriate measures to make sure to place a wet sign up and discuss with each other what needed to be done. On July 17th I observed an elderly man spill ice from his cooler, the staff immediately stepped in without judgment to help clean up and offer to refill his cooler.

I truly enjoyed my stay. my business partner booked our room there this weekend For the Blues concert. Which we normally stay at the Hilton Hotels. I must say I was very impressed with beds and the cleanies of the rooms. The General Manager and staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you 😇

I was visiting Greenwood. MS along with my sister, who had a business meeting scheduled for Monday, January 23rd. We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. Our room was large with double Queen beds. Linen clean and bath towels were acceptable. Would like to see the towels upgraded but overall, will definitely continue staying at this hotel on any future visits. As a note, not thrilled with the coffee pot in the room. It's ok, because the lobby has good, hot coffee available. Thanks to Keisha, checkout was a breeze. Thanks everyone!!

I can't say enough about this hotel! The staff were kind and attentive. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was good too! I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone is extremely nice. Rooms very clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, you can even make your own pancakes that come out perfectly delicious.

We booked a stay for 4 nights but only to stay there for 2 to get back to Texas because of the hurricane the hotel was very understanding... they gave us a refund for the remaining days we didn't use it was a easy process. as for as the room itself it was nice and clean the bathroom was clean the microwave and refrigerator was clean better-than-expected this will be our go-to place when we visit Greenwood again hopefully we can book the exact same room lol

We stayed here with the wedding party and some guests when our son got married. The staff was most accommodating. We had rooms on all floors and never once did I hear a complaint. The rooms were clean and very nice. We used the hospitality room as a "Meet and Great" room. Breakfast was very good also!

Had a pleasant time at this hotel. Staff was great, my room was wonderful, WiFi worked great. The only problem I experienced was that the laundry room did not have detergent and customer service didn't have quarters so I could dry my clothes, but a staff member at customer service dried my clothes in the hotel's dryer. Good looking out, and the breakfast was wonderful, I stayed 3 nights and I plan on using this hotel every time I visit Greenwood.

Candace the front desk agent was friendly and helpful during my check in. She also helped me get a system error corrected as well. The room was clean, outside of some dust on the curtain valence, and the bed was comfortable. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in town.

I loved the Holiday Inn Express. The four days I stayed here were amazing. I wish I could live here forever!!!!
