Kroger Pharmacy

My experience with this pharmacy has always been a good one. It's better to go after 11:00-11:30pm if you don't want to wait in a long line. I've been going to this pharmacy off and on for at least seventeen years.

Pharmacist is always friendly and willing to answer any questions about your prescriptions

Can you tell why I get text messages and when I go online it saids my medicine is ready for pickup and when I show up I still have to wait 45 mins to 1 hour.
That's crazy. Please do better.

A whole joke! They don’t want to do their job I called a prescription in and it told me to pick it up by 7.I drove a Lyft and spent all my money just for them to tell me to come back tomorrow....

They won’t answer the phone but let it keeps ringing. They keep refilling medication I no longer take even when I put a stop on the automatic refill on the website. So when I go to pick up my prescription, I’m told to pay x amount and I would tell them I don’t need these meds. Then they have an attitude of why I didn’t tell them beforehand. If you answer the phone, then you would’ve known. Or stop automatically processing all my medications when I only requested certain medications online. Simple as that!!!

This pharmacy has no stars from me. They told me that my insurance was cancelled when it was active and tried to charge me for my medication. I spoke with a hispanic lady at the pharmacy who gave me this false information. I went to work the next day and had a supervisor pull up my information and it stated that it was active. I then called my insurance company who stated that it was active. I called the pharmacy and spoke with a woman named Courtney who insisted that my insurance was off after the verification provided. Called back to medicaid to get some more information to provide to this pharmacy. I am pregnant and do not need the stress of this unprofessional disorganized behavior.

I called this Kroger Pharmacy to transfer a prescription from CVS and they kept my prescription for several days without filling it because they miswrote CVS Pharmacy’s contact number and didn’t feel the need to call me to get the number or to Google the number. I had to call them and they were so flippant about being incompetent that I just kept the prescription with CVS. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE TIME TO MICROMANAGE THEM TO ENSURE YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS BEING FILLED, DAILY!!!!!

This is the worst place to get an answer about your call in prescriptions. I was just standing there calling them to see if they are really busy but they just let the telephone ring.
