The whole night shift crew needs to be retrained. Always check your bag before you pull off because I guarantee they've messed up your order. Doublechecked my order 3 times at the speaker and STILL got it wrong and i was the only person in line. Managers are rude and they put the minimum amount of food in your taco. They didn't even tell me they were out of ingredients for my order. They just handed it over and acted offended when i asked why there was no cheese or tomato on the food. Owners take notice and retrain them if you truly care about your customers

Otherwise it was delicious.

I will say that you should not have more than one person assigned to answer drive thru orders. 2 different people kept trying to take my order and of course it got messed up.

It's all good cuz Taco Bell is delicious.

I believe if you take the time to leave a bad one, you should take the time to leave a good one. I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a VERY long time with Patrice at the Milledgeville GA drive through tonight. This person went above and beyond to quickly and completely resolve my issue without any rudeness or passing it off to the next. This employee needs a promotion and a raise. Reward the good employees. Make the feel appreciated!

Getting the orders for doordash were quik and they were so nice

My Mexican pizza was good. I had plenty of the sauce I asked for. However, while I was waiting the server asked me to back up "behind the yellow pole" away from the window while I waited. That was odd, like why? I don't know maybe management will tell me why if they read this.

the guy who fixed my food. didn't put my chalupia in bag,ordered 2 of them,so went back inside and they brought them out to me. but this happened to me just last week also.so I will be checking my food from now on. but they were all nice about the mix up

More meat and less lettuce and it will be a good taco

This place is a TOTAL JOKE. With only a couple of vehicles in front of us, TWICE , it took an hour waiting for two orders of cinnamon bites THEN they forgot to drop them in the freezer until we got to the pickup window. SHUT THIS MF PLACE DOWN IF YOUR NOT GONNA HIRE NEW PEOPLE THAT ARENT THERE JUST TO FRATINIZE. YALL SUCK AZ

We had 3 chicken Chipotle burritos, 7 bean & rice burritos, 2 chicken beans & rice burritos, and 1 crunch wrap. It was all delicious. We were satisfied. Polite service a little slow but quality takes time.

We were greeted by Mr Trevon as we entered this evening. He is an absolute perfect employee to deal with. He didn't pawn us off on that ridiculous kiosk in the restaurant. He takes pride in his appearance, work, and professionalism. Our order was exactly what we requested. Mr Trevon was very knowledgeable on the menu items and was able to effortlessly advise us of our options. Thank you Mr Trevon for taking such good care of us this evening. I hope you have a Merry Christmas.

Food was hot service was outstanding

Did a great job taking our order thru drive thru. They took a little longer than normal, but they were friendly and everything in my order was correct. The outside was clean and well kept and judging from all the cars it looked pretty popular.

I worked at one in San Jose, California, my very first job from 1985-1988, ages fifteen to eighteen, went from cashier up to store manager before I left. I left the restaurant a year before Pepsi bought the company, and back when I worked there, it was the only fast food that was made totally fresh in-store. a lot has changed since I left for my first "grown-up" job thirty-one years ago, but despite the food not being like it was back then, I confess I still love Taco Bell and always will. I don't eat there very often, but when I get a craving, only Taco Bell will do, and they will never let me down.

Very friendly staff and quiet and clean

Came in with family from Florida during Hurricane Irma Evacuation. Taco Bell was clean and staff was prompt with the growing line. We received our rather large order, finding 2 out of the 5 Chulupas being incorrect. I walked to the counter and said "excuse me" to the gentleman to get his attention, he asked what was going on, I let him know they were supposed to be steak Chulupas. Manager stepped in and verified we indeed paid for steak and she said we could go ahead and keep the incorrect ones as well. The same gentleman then brought the corrected order to our table. I feel this Taco Bell went above and beyond to provide me our family with friendly, quality customer service.

The food is well prepared and tasty. The staff are helpful and kind.

I made a DoorDash for them and the staff was nice and quick to get the order out .

There was an a.c. leak at the entrance. As I am temporarily handicapped, I found the restroom door heavy and a bit difficult. Ordered using the kiosks for the for time. Quite efficient. The power protein bowl was amazing!
