I just bought a china cabinet and one of the side glass panes broke while unloading it at home. I brought the remaining side pane to Madison Glass to have them cut a duplicate for a replacement. They did an amazing job and were very quick! I got a call saying my order was ready only an hour later. Pricing was very reasonable and told to me upfront. I highly recommend them!

This company is fantastic. We had some sliding glass door issues and were looking for repair options. These gentleman came out, on time for the appointment, and helped fix my door issues. They did not charge me and gave me helpful hints to keep it maintained. Much appreciate. Great company, highly recommended.

Our 2 year old broke the glass in the living room window trying to get at a bug on the screen yesterday morning, always a great way to start your day. Madison Glass Company took care of it the following morning. On time, courteous and experienced technicians, great call center customer service, fantastic all around. This mirror came broken but after taking it here it looks like it was never broken they were nice and easy to work with.

I chose Madison Glass to replace a broken mirror I had purchased after being recommended by a friend. Stephanie and Ciara provided the absolute best and most friendly service. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. They have amazing prices and an incredibly fast turnaround time. Robby replaced the glass and it looks good as new! Madison Glass did an outstanding job cutting off degraded edges on two bathroom mirrors for me. Abbie, in the front office, was very helpful explaining the availability of this service. Robbie did a great job cutting off the minimal amount to remove the damage. The service was very fast and saved me a lot of money over replacing the mirrors. Everyone was very nice and so pleasant. I seldom see this great level of customer service anymore.

Wade and Kevin were absolutely great! Wonderful experience, they knew I needed to get the new door in quickly due to my handicapped husband and they made it happen. Despite supplier problems and other obstacles they got it done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Madison Glass for a great customer experience.

My studio mirrors were installed today...they're FANTASTIC! Chris and Kory met with me last week to take measurements, discussed options with me -- very friendly, courteous guys. They were here at the appointed time, ready to work and work they did. Everything was very carefully done, and the studio is complete!

I also have to mention Stephanie, who was the first person I spoke with, and William, who did the scheduling of both the measuring and installation. All the folks at Madison Glass Company are very kind and so friendly. This experience was TRULY a pleasure.

Very pleased with the communication, help, service and quality of Madison Glass. We had a hard time matching our shower head, etc with the hardware they offered, and they went above and beyond to help us find the right fit for our needs. Glass on our shower doors looked great! Wade did an excellent job at communicating things with us. Very happy!

My shower door had broken after 14 years. I checked around for prices and Madison Glass had the best price. I ended up going with them to have my shower door replaced last week. I found them to be very friendly, responsive, and professional! Wade and Kevin were skilled and courteous. They did an awesome job, and loved how they explained things to me that I wasn't aware of! I highly recommend Madison Glass, and will use them in the future.

We just built a huge custom shower and chose Madison Glass Company to do our shower glass door. Their prices were comparable to other quotes we received, however Wade was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. For this reason, we decided to go with them. It looks beautiful and is very well done! We are very happy with it!

On another note, we used them to replace the glass in foggy windows of an old house (we sold last year). For that job, they were the cheapest option and also did a great job!

We had a great experience with Madison Glass Company.

We recently replaced the builder grade shower in our master bathroom with a new tile shower. After the tiling was complete, I reached out to five different companies in the area to come give me quotes on a glass shower door and surround as well as an interior window pane for an insulated double pane window that one of kids had managed to crack.

Out of all five companies that came out, I felt like Wade and Kevin from Madison glass were the only ones that tried to assess the job and recommend the best solution for us. They were the only one of the five companies that realized there was not a stud behind the tile where the door was to be installed and actually recommended a solution that ended up saving us money (though they also made sure I knew they were capable of going with the more expensive solution if we decided to go that route).

Using the information that they provided, I was able to go back and get a slightly cheaper quote from one of the other companies. Despite that, I went with Madison Glass because I felt I could trust Wade and Kevin to do the job right. I'm glad I did.

We had a small hiccup with the manufacturer on the first replacement window and shower door that came in, but Wade and Kevin set us up for the mean time and made sure to prioritize getting back out as soon as the replacement glass came in.

The shower looks great, the service was excellent, they let us know what to expect and then kept us informed throughout the process, and we ended up spending less than what we expected. I have already recommended them to a friend and will certainly use them in the future.

Madison Glass installed new shower wall glass for me. They were very professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and friendly. Even when they came out to measure the door they explained everything well. Reasonably priced too, don't feel like I'm getting ripped off life many places around here seem to do.
