U-Haul Moving & Storage of Panama City

$25 for a 10hr motorcycle trailer rental with insurance. Dylan had me hooked up before I could walk back to my hitch. Checked in and checked out quick. I’m happy with my rental.

Staff was great and found me another size when the one I wanted was unavailable. When the man handling the outside realized I needed a utility trailer with a ramp he quickly went all the way across the lot and fixed the paperwork to get what I needed.

The employees there this morning, 3 Aug @ 0730, were beyond helpful and pleasant. They supplied me with what I needed and more! Professional and generally awesome!

Dylan was super amazing, he made sure that we were satisfy and his costumer service was on point, friendliness, communication and all I would definitely recommend this Uhaul to all my fren👍

Amazing customer service!! The interior of the truck rental I had could've used a little more tlc as far as cleaning on the inside. Before I returned the truck, I spent more time cleaning it on the inside of the cab than I did for the purpose of renting it. No worries, uhaul has a customer for life. Special shout-out to Camryn for making my rental experience smooth. Thank you a million times over!!!!

Theresa as amazing. So helpful. I originally called the uhaul in Panama City beach , they answered the phone and when I asked if they had any trucks I could rent that day she responded red “No Trucks” rudely and hung up. Theresa and her location were pleasant, helpful and had a truck ready in 30 mins. Thank you

Tori Greenwood and her crew do a great job every time we have a need for a moving van. Looks like a lot to manage around there, so it's refreshing to find such a large business which is not only running well but customer service is still first & foremost in the minds of the employees. I have been renting vans, trucks and trailers from this location for the past 15 years and have always received excellent customer service. The staff has always been patient and helpful both during the rental and return processes. They have always gladly assisted with attaching and detaching a trailer hitch and making sure lights were functioning correctly and everything secure. I have only good things to say about this location that has consistently taken great care of me whenever I've needed to rent a vehicle to help with a move.

We had previously gone by a uhaul rental services connected to gas station much closer to us but the owners didn’t seem to know much about them and there was no paperwork or verified numbers they could give us. We made the 30 minute drive to come out here and Brittany and Nadia were able to give us all the information we needed within 15 minutes. They were informed, efficient, and the place was full of anything you’d need to pack up and move. Huge thank you to Brittany and Nadia for making our stressful move a little easier!

The young lady that helped us at the desk was extremely professional and provided us with excellent service. Shout out to her, I was very impressed. She looked to be in her 20s with an under cut type hair cut. She was amazing, nice, and knew what she was talking about.

Great experience with the Panama City Uhual equipment rental team. Misty was professional and efficient in hooking up the trailer. Caleb was the same when I returned the trailer. It comes from the leadership from Tori who is hands on.

Tori is the manager here. She and her boys, Chris, handled a really rough situation for me. We had reservations for a truck and a trailer at another location in Panama City. It turned out to be a nightmare situation, with a U-Haul location that would not move trucks for us to get the one we rented out and they would not connect the trailer to the truck, which every single U-Haul I have ever rented in 40 years the employees has insisted they must do it. The trailer he tried to give us was wrecked with the brakes locked up on it and the truck had to check engine light on. Both were filthy inside. The trailer hides and appliance dolly in it and the trailer was unsecured. We had to threaten to call the police and the employee there got the manager for the area for U-Haul on the phone, Chris Thompson. Chris listened to me, apologized, gave me another option and sent me to their corporate store on 15th. He told me to speak with Tori. We drove directly there and spoke with Tori and she was ready for us. It took her about 25 minutes to get the paperwork done because all of their computer systems were down, not just at this location but all of U-Haul. We appreciated them resolving the issue and hope that everyone gets the same level of service.

Just wanted to leave a quick shout out to Blake! We accidentally left a personal item in the van we rented and when I went to pick it up he was super through in making sure that I was the proper owner of the item and made sure to handle it with care.

The staff is friendly and willing to always help, Lory is excellent customer service, everyone is wonderful

I stopped by to get my moving materials and change to a larger trailer. I couldn’t have asked for a better more efficient experience. Wyatt was very knowledgeable and very fast in changing the reservation. He and a guy named Blake got my moving materials and loaded them in my vehicle for me. Blake could not have been sweeter .
It’s really a fresh breath of air to have 2 young men as these 2 assisting me with great attitudes and friendly too. Please share this with them.I would like to add that when picking up my uhaul I had a wonderful experience with the kindest lady. Dawn was her name. Very knowledgeable and assuring she had everything set for me. Awesomesauce! Thanks Dawn!! You rock!

Other than dealing with them, it went sooo WRONG!!
I went to pick up my Uhaul. The only truck was broken down, the car dolly was not the correct one, as they don’t look at the information given them. The new black kid was the vulgar one and he said I had to pay him to hook up the car Dolly. They left me sit there for 3 1/2 hours, waited on other people said nobody showed up for work. They transferred me to a car trailer. Long story short. I was trying to get out of my car, nobody helping me to get off the trailer. In the POURING RAIN, I slipped and broke my pointer finger. The lady wanted a picture , but never came back outside. The guy I told you about before. Told me to get out of his way when I got in the truck. I told him the lady wanted a photo. He said whatever I need through. Except for the people I mention above and a darling girl named Chelsey, this place is the absolute sickest business I have ever done business with.
I personally hate Uhaul after this experience! Literally I hate Uhaul!!! I didn’t read reviews before I rented!
