I recently bought Mitsubishi Outlander 2023 Black Edition. I was looking for different options and stopped by at Bay Cars. Michael Stephens came out from the office and greeted me, he was so nice and friendly! He asked what car I was looking for, what features and preferences I wanted and after that, gave me so many options. He was very professional and knowledgeable of every type of vehicle they had on the lot. He gave me the detailed answers to my various questions. He offered me to test drive whichever vehicle I had my eye on. All in all, I want to thank him for his patience and advice. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly. They truly respected our time and wishes. A process that is usually time consuming and stressful was turned into a good experience!

No improvements can be made. More than exceeded all expectations I would have ever though of. From the coffee bar, arcade machines, complimentary snacks, free wifi, free shuttle bus, mini putting green, etc. I was met and greeted on the service drive with a smile from multiple people. I was number one in every employees eyes! Upon leaving they placed a cold water bottle in my cupholder with a personalized card thanking me for my service! Also, the toilet paper was great plush and more than one ply like most places!

Joseph made me and my husband feel very comfortable while we were deciding on a new vehicle for our family. He let us look at probably 10 cars while we were deciding which one was perfect for our family. The whole process was very seemless and didn’t feel rushed. And everyone in the office was very nice.

From the first contact, I told Nick M. what I wanted in a vehicle, I already had one in mind… he assured me he would get me in it.
