The park is adorably quaint, nice neighborhood with loads of friendly people. The pool is centrally located to all units. The park Manager is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help. The ownership has been outstanding! Very easy and friendly to speak to, prompt with responses and willing to help you if it is within their means. Very close to the beach, downtown, and shopping. Highly recommend!!!

Very clean place friendly people always willing to help each other. The only thing bad that I have experienced is the landlord is always drunk you rarely see him during day time but he comes out at night time to attends day time duties with a cup of licor and a bad attitude towards elderly people
