Aaron and Bobby are amazing! My coffee was made correctly the first time around. They didn't get upset with my requests and stayed friendly and patient the entire time! Definitely recommend, especially the night shift. 😊👍🏾

This dunkin has come a long way. Not sure if new staff or manager but things have improved there. Its always so busy in the drive through but they are always careful to get my order right and try to be quick as they can being so overwhelmed with traffic. Friendly too.
I will say though that they need to put up a sign to pull up and park next to the guard rail for the line to continue instead of people out in the street blocking traffic and almost causing an accident.

Usually visit this location after dropping my daughter off at Daycare and heading to work. Great staff, have always gotten my order right and are usually very polite. Only downside was the lobby being closed and having to wait in the drive thru line that has been known to wrap all the way around and out into the side street entrance. Sometimes I just don't have time to wait in a line for 25 minutes.

Mon-Fri I go to this Dunkins and the whole crew is amazing! I absolutely adore them. This is the greatest group of people I've ever experienced. This is the Dunkins to go to.

Great staff! Always friendly and bubbly. I will say when you are standing inside, at times it's painfully obvious the staffs main priority it's drive through. Often one person is stuck running the front alone without support, while 5 others man the drive thru. As long as it's slow it's no biggie, but on busy days when the inside line seems shorter than the drive through - don't risk it. Stay in the drive through! They'll get 6 card through before they finish 2 orders inside. Staff are great though, never rude. They seem to know the regulars well, and I haven't seen much turnover lately. I see the same faces all the time which is great. All seemed knowledgeable

Dunkin' was really busy in the morning. The Drive Through was more like a parking lot. We went inside and we were waited on promptly and our order was completed fast, the breakfast sandwiches were hot and tasty. Good service if you aren't to lazy to get out of your car!

Excellent service. Woman who works the register (unfortunately didn't catch her name) is very sweet. Pretty fast, and actually got my order right! (I've had many experiences asking for no cheese on sandwiches and getting cheese by lazy teenage staff). All-in-all good stop!

Awesome. Nice, quick and clean

Of all the Dunkins in the area, this is the best one. Charming staff who go the extra mile to make your drinks look picture perfect. Like the other sites, they have been running out of things of late, but not as much as some others. We stop in often and will continue to do so. The one bad thing is the location of the entry to the drive thru. It often backs up and there are only a few car lengths before you are in the road through the shopping area, which often stops traffic from one or both directions... seems like an accident waiting to happen.

Shout out to this Dunkin!! I am a regular and come almost every morning on my way to work as this is my half way point with a hour drive and this morning my bank messed up and they were still sweet and helped me with my food. I love coming here Theresa is the sweetest along with the rest of the crew and they always have smiles and really help start my day right!! Thank you so much for your kindness this morning things have been rough and I really needed it along with the reminder that there are still great people in this world!!!

Fast service, good breakfast menu available. The coffee is served very hot and is on the strong, but, not bitter side. Easy access I 71/rt 18, just east of Medina, Ohio. Good selection of donuts, and sweets.also available is special coffees.

This place is great!!!! My grandpa left his cane here on Halloween . 3 days later after traveling all the way to Tennessee and back they still had his cane. Customer service was able to track the location of the cane by my rewards card. Awesome job!

Time and time again, this Dunkin proves that is my favorite. I live like 25 minutes away from this location but it’s on my way to school and work and I like it way more than my “home” one. The people are kind and they do their jobs well and efficiently. Even when they’ve made little mistakes with me, they handled it great.

This is probably the only dunkin that i have been to that will put utensils in your bag without having to ask for them. There always busy when i go in the mornings but they still serve with a smile on their faces and give speedy service.

Very clean and super clean restrooms , great sore the manager should be very proud of the work. 👏

I can't say enough good things about the place. Good food , great staff, friendly personal. Going out of there way to talk to you not at you. They always make you feel like your part of there family. You have to stop in once, after that you're going to stop in all the time.

Other than the long line at the drive thru experience was good. As usual some of the best coffee brewed!
