I don't even want to give 1 star! He's had my car since around Nov 11th, I'm writing this on Feb 12th! He has been giving us excuses about why it isn't done yet.

"The water line in the building froze and we can't hose off the car to paint it"
"It's too cold for us to paint it"
"Some of the parts we received from the junk yard are rusted and we had to order different parts."
"The wiring harness that we got for it was fried and we have to order a different one."
"We aren't used to doing wiring, so its gonna take a couple of days for us to get it properly put in working condition" (Also about the wiring harness.)

He's given us several excuses and estimates of "This coming monday, I'll be working on it through the weekend so you can come get it."
Fun fact! He's said that exact line for roughly a month now!

We have been calling his work phone, and he has stopped answering both of our phone numbers, he didn't answer his secondary phone. He has stopped answering any number linking back to us in general.

He actually wasn't told to do the work on the car to start with! He was asked to get an estimate for the insurance company, (I had hit a deer) and he had it taken apart and just started working on it after sending the estimate to Geico! That was after about three weeks of taking his time doing said estimate! Geico was calling ME asking when I was going to send them the estimate, but I was confused as I had given them the email needed to send it to the insurance company.

I will not be recommending this place to anyone, and I actually have talked to a few people. including my own mother, and they have had the same problems with this "business" as I have. Only their cars took 6 MONTHS! The only reason it didn't take longer is because they went and retrieved their cars! My mother's car was never actually painted, its still four different colors.

So I hope this review is helpful to anyone needing any form of body work done in the area of Toronto, Ohio.
