Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service

This was my first time at this location and I was very very pleased with the service and the friendly service advisors all were very nice. Joe V is now my go to advisor, who was so accommodating, show me to the waiting room which was huge and very clean l which I was able to watch TV and a funny Steve Harvey Show and ate free drinks and real snacks. I had so much fun, I hadn’t even paid any attention to time to the time.
Thank you Joe, I will be back again and again.

This is the fourth Jeep dealer I've brought my Grand Cherokee L to for service, and based on this one visit it's easily the best. Straight shooters, nobody tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff and the waiting area is legit the best one I've experienced. I will return here in the future.

I am pleasantly surprised to have this experience at this Ram dealership. Very friendly staff and a clean and inviting lounge/waiting area. They have beverages, coffee machines and comfortable seatings. I have a couple luxury cars and this dealship is even better than the Mercedez dealership in Ann Arbor! Although I have waited longer than I expected but the overall experience was very pleasant. The only thing I would pick on is that I think they should wash my vihecle even for the regular maintenace job that I was there for.

The dealership was able to get us in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic that rotated our tires took off our tire sensors that we use for towing and put them back on in the right order. We were very impressed!

Stopped in for an express oil change. Staff was very helpful in discussing some different services my jeep might be in need of. I've gone to this dealer on and off for 8 years now and its always a good experience. Consistently the most thorough and trustworthy dealership I go to.

We stopped in for a brake light warning while traveling. In spite of a busy service area Tim and his manager took care of us and demonstrated genuine concern for our safety and situation. When it turned out we had a failing battery, they even managed to get us taken care of in very short order… totally impressed!

I had a great experience at my recent visit to Suburban having my Fiat oil change and checking some other issues. I got my vehicle within the time promised and everything was perfect - questions answered, everyone was friendly and the waiting room is very comfortable for getting work done on my laptop!

I can't say enough about Joe Kinast (Service Manager) and his team. From the time I pulled in, I was greeted immediately and very professionally. My service tech took care of all of my Dodge Ram updates and I was on my way. Joe answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy before I left.

We've been taking our Promaster we outfitted since we got it. The team here has been outstanding especially in communication. More recently, we took it in for some engine issues. Knowing that we're usually on the road this time of the year, got us in the books the following week and we got the keys back by the end of that week (thank you, Joe!). Will definitely continue to bring our van back here for any issues in the future.

After dealing with a horrible experience at Monroe Chrysler Jeep Dodge I decided to bring our Durango up to Suburban where they figured out immediately what was wrong that Monroe Chrysler Jeep Dodge cannot figure out and have charged me over $900 to “fix” everything was covered under E extended certified warranty that I had bought for the repairs that suburban did. Monroe tried to charge me for different things before they would diagnose it for any kind of warranty repair. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to suburban for any repairs, oil, changes, etc. that I may need in the future great dealer to work with very knowledgeable very understanding and actually care about their customer. The service manager is by far the best manager I have dealt with that any car dealership in a very long time.

Joe V took the time out of his day to put my broken off antenna mast on. I wanted to thank him myself but I couldn’t find him when I was leaving. Great service. Great guy.

The customer service team is always over the top helpful and friendly! It took me a while to find my new repair place with good service in my new community. This is a comfort to my family.

I came in for an oil change late one afternoon and although they only typically do them until 4pm they were still able to accommodate me which was super helpful because I typically work from 9-5 and wouldn't be able to get it done otherwise.

Excellent service again. I have been a regular customer for 10 years and this latest visit with their service dept was quick, professional and reasonable cost. I highly recommend them. Peter Allen

Very clean facility, beautiful cars on display in showroom. Nice waiting area with wide variety of snacks and complimentary refreshments. Although they have portable devices charging they didn't have C cable available for the never androids.

Responsive team, did more than they had committed. Called me well in time to make my life easy. 5 stars!
