Five Guys

I love five guys. They are a little bit pricey compared to other fast food but I believe that is because they use ingredients that are fresh and higher quality. They give good size portions also. I am a small eater but I can share a little burger because they are not so little! Great shakes and fries also! I would definitely recommend anyone who likes a burger to give them a try! Yummy 😋

I have celiacs the employees here we're awesome I have no doubt in my mind that I did not get any gluten on my food. I can't rave enough about the care that they took and with a smile. Thank you thank you thank you

Clean. Wear their gloves and switch them out. Food is ALWAYS on point.
Milkshakes- fire. So far had banana, strawberry, peanutbutter, Reese, Oreo, and Oreo Cream. Love that it’s fresh quality ingredients. To me; the price is WAY worth it and the staff members are killing it.
There as like 30-40 people in today and they were slapping burgers and hot dogs out in no time! Truly great!

Super Delicious!!! It was my first tome eating here, the burgers are fresh and the fries were super hot and yummy! Staff were friendly and I would eat there again for sure!

The food was great and as expected, the service was top tier, very respectful staff behind the counter. Walking in there was an employee cleaning an already spotless showroom, everything was stocked, peanuts available.
I didn't go into the restroom but I'm sure from the look of the store it was spotless as well.
They were also doing pick up orders and had someone ahead of us and got us out in 12 minutes. 😀

How can you not like a bag full of French fries? That’s what we always order at Five Guys. And burgers customized to our tastes. This location on Ann Arbor-Saline Rd. has plenty of seating, and lots of free, convenient parking. So if you’re looking to go outside of downtown Ann Arbor (where parking isn’t free) this is a good choice. Prices are fair for the quality, and you can fill a paper tray full of fresh roasted peanuts in-the-shell while you wait... they aren’t trying to be like, or compete with mega huge fast food chains. I think some people commenting here don’t understand that. Great value here.

The cashier was a joy !My coworkers and I were looking for a place to feed our faces. It made ordering a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I wish I could remember her name. It was after2:30 P.M. on Friday December 1st. I want to thank her again. 🙏

The owner of this 5 guys location should be extremely proud of all staff members here this evening very observant employees and an out of this world good work ethic and great communication just because of the staff that was here tonight I'll be coming here every Wednesday

This was my first time trying this place and man was the food good. We ate lunch there and even ended up getting some to take home and eat for dinner tr hat night. They have many topping and add on to choose from for your burgers and even their "small" fries are a lot (enough for 2 or 3 people).

Lots of room in this place, the burgers were Awesome, the menu is vast. Easy walking, no steps, fast service, friendly help. Fresh meat, and veggie's. Please keep in mind when you order a large Fries it will feed 3 people easy so great value.

Stopped in for fries and a soda. Quick and so 🔥 I had to wait to eat them.

I’ve been to this location plenty of times over the years, I just love Five Guys. They recently hired a bunch of new guys and the experience has been so much better lately. The guys are extremely kind, efficient, and hard working. They always seem like they could use one more employee working so I expect to wait a little when I come in to pick up an online order. However the food is always hot, fresh, and excellently made. I’ll take such positive customer service and hot well made food any day, even if I have to wait a few extra minutes. And yes, it’s Five Guys, so you’re going to pay more than at Wendy’s, it’s way better.

Even though the prices are a little higher than other places, the fries are top notch and the owner offered us some extras because we waited a few extra moments in line. One of the line Cooks was dancing and it was so much fun to watch. You can always tell a place is good when the employees are happy to work there.

First, let me say either I was hungry or that was one of the best burgers I've had in a while😋. My fries were more well done than I would've selected, but still tasteful.
I thought I was in a bar for a moment during my visit though. It was so loud in there between the music, whatever machine was going and most of the employees trying not to yell (some of them); while another, it seemed to be the norm.

We went for linch on a sunday and it was just as good as i remember. Dervice was fast the place was about half full.

Had to update my review due to such an amazing experience.

Cashier at register "Anthony J" had perfect efficiency checking us out, and a personality that was perfect for the occasion.

All the cook staff active and obviously in a great mood.

The positivity showed in the food. Perfect fries, text book perfect.

Hot dog was also perfect, down to the attention to detail on wrapping it. Properly numbered to show which was which.

This should be a 6 star review after my experience here today.

Ordered ahead, food was ready on time. Everything was great and as ordered. The chocolate milkshake looked runny, but my kid tried it and was fully satisfied with the flavor and texture
