Called to get a rough estimate on the cost of replacing 2 front cv axles on my vehicle. Was told by the gentleman I talked to that they can't do that without looking at it. I can't believe it would be hard to look up cost of parts and labor. I wasn't looking for a quote to stick by as I know there could be other related issues, was just trying to see roughly what I was looking at having to spend if that's all that needed to be done. Not a great way to get people's business and will probably never take my car to get repaired here.
