Stellar customer service. The store closes at 5 on Sundays and Drew was helping me with the new phone I purchased up to 4:58. He was very friendly and we talked throughout the entire process.

I was attempting to transfer a business # from AT&T to my Verizon personal account. I can't tell you how fantastic and patient the guys at the store were. Jett was great, very helpful and knew his stuff. The situation was a little different so he had to really work hard to find the correct solution. I would highly recommend working with Jett and Drew at this location. Thanks again for your help!

I went in at 6:30pm, a half hour before close. I had switched from post paid to prepaid and my phone lost signal. Had no service. Drew stayed an hour after close to help me get my issue resolved. No complaints. Great conversationalist. Got my issue resolved. Wish all customer service was like I had. Drew deserves a raise and a gold star!

I came in to Rockford store for new phone. Was served by manager named Jett. Very kind considerate man, very knowledgeable about products and services. Was exceptionally helpful about my needs and I am very pleased with my new phone and the service I got from Jett. He was outstanding.

Jett was AMAZING! We went to the Greenville location and got nowhere for over an hour. Jett helped answer so many of our questions and helped in every way he could. He was very helpful and the only one in the store. I won’t go to any other Verizon store after my encounter at this location.

Drew and Jett are amazing and willing to figure out any problem you have. Definitely worth the wait if you have to... these guys know their stuff.

I dealt with both Ethan and Jarrod and had great experiences with both! Jarrod was quickly able to order me a new phone and had it there in 2 days! Ethan was super friendly, we had great conversation, and he was able to get my new phone activated and everything transferred over from my old phone so quick! Highly recommend going here! First thing in the morning is the best time too, no line!

Alex was AMAZING! I arrived to the store and he was busy with another guest but greeted me and invited me to browse in the meantime. He helped me get the exact phone I wanted in the color I wanted. He was personable, kind, listened to what I wanted and needed and got me a great deal. My phone took longer than anticipated to transfer data from one to the other which kept Alex after close. He assured me he didn’t mind and we had a great convo about life, sports and family. It was like spending a couple hours with a friend. You have an amazing employee in Alex. Thanks, Alex! I’m loving my new red 13 :)

Come to this location, it is awesome. Ethan and Jett were wonderful, they took great care of me and my dad and answered all of our questions. They were very patient. This store rocks.

Our experience with Alex was A1. Even though he was bombarded with people coming through the door and working alone, he made sure each individual was important. He was very kind and attentive, and always upbeat and polite.
We definitely would come back for any further business with him. It’s nice knowing that there’s an expert about our phones that we can consult with. Great guy! Appreciated vet👍🏻

I wandered in after having a bad app take over my phone. Jared was kind, didn't make me feel silly and promptly fixed the phone! He even walked me through it so I could handle it if it happened again. I was afraid that since I didn't buy the phone at this location, they wouldn't help, but this was not the case. Jared gets my highest recommendation! Top notch customer service!

The staff is amazing, they actually care about you as a person. They take the tension and frustration out of the upgrade process, and then are available to help with any issues that arise. I’ve gone through the main VZW store, I’ve done an upgrade online, but my experience here surpasses anything I could’ve expected. That’s why I keep coming back!

I worked with Jared and Ethan with great success. All my questions were answered and they earnestly sought to help me. In fact, Ethan even stayed a bit after closing. Very satisfied.

My husband had setup problems with his phone. He went elsewhere and was more frustrated so he went up to Russell on 10 Mile. Jared was very helpful! 2 weeks after I needed a new phone also and went there too. Jared was efficient to get everything set up and was very friendly & thorough with each person who came in!

Great retailer, helped me check out and get a new iphone in at least 45 mins to an hour quickest time I’ve ever gotten a phone honestly. Super nice guy, welcoming, straight to the point! Definitely recommend, also appreciate them being open on Sunday it’s the only day my husband has off work. We’ve been trying to get me a new phone since Christmas!

Peyton provided EXCELLENT in-store customer service! He turned my day around after dealing with the less than stellar Verizon customer service I received for 4 hours on the phone earlier in the day. He was kind, attentive, funny, and super helpful while setting up my new phone!
