Walked in with an eye infection/no appointment, they saw me within 15 minutes. Everyone was professional, kind and friendly. The PA, Alyssa Steele was thorough, very caring and knowledgeable.

I want say thank you to everyone at family care so friendly and doctor alias’s Steele for helping me, I will be coming back soon the staffs are very nice and friendly service this place deserves 5 stars I want to give 10 stars I am so happy there is a new doctor in ceaderville and Hessel hopefully people come to visit family care she does really good job!!!!

I have been seen by this office since my childhood, I live in CEDARVILLE with no way to the Sault and I called in there with a PERFORATED EAR DRUM bleeding, etc and they refused to squeeze me in to be seen. Unbelievable. Do not use this dr office. Slater isn't there anymore anyway so that needs to be changed!!!

Stopped in to get my blood pressure taken because of an episode of be light headed and the receptionist told they would not check my pressure because I am not a patient. I see the hippocratic oath does not apply. I would never take a chance at this place, they just want their patients money and doesn't care for the general public. I am just glad I did not have a heart attack or stroke. Do better!!!

my husband was getting his allergy shots there and we were charged as a emergency visit they didn’t bull it for three months so now we are responsible for 10 visits

Wouldn't help me because I'm a recovering addict I'm only needed help with certain medication outside of my recovery program in fact the company wouldn't even give me an appointment breaking hypia law by receptionist asking over phone what medication I was in need of, no recommendations here racist 0
