Our truck was hit when we were at the doctors and the people left. We choose car star at Tyler’s collision. It took awhile to get the parts they told us it would take 5 to 7 business days and we would get are truck back. We got the call on the 7th day and they did a great job. I had an issue with my fuel door being broken. I called several different places to get a new one put on and nobody wanted to assist or wanted to charge an excessive amount. I contacted Tyler's and told them what was wrong. They took good care of me.

I had my car there for 2 weeks. They had given me an estimate that my insurance paid for. They handled everything! I would recommend depending on where you live that if you get a rental to use enterprise there in Niles. They seem to have a relationship on making the rental go easier. Tyler’s carstar checked in with me after the first week to tell me the progress. My experience was so easy and the car looks absolutely brand new!

Quality of work was great. Even did a couple of touch ups for me not part of the original repair.
