Breckenridge Rockford Apartments

I have lived at the Rockford location for over a year. Adrian the property manager and his team is great! My unit is beautiful, remodeled with modern appliances. The team will address issues right away and very safe. I give the Rockford property an eleven out of 10. I love this place ☺.

The move-in was very hands-off from the staff, which I actually appreciate as it made it even smoother for us. Liza was still very responsive to any questions or concerns we had in spite of us never meeting face to face. As for the apartmentss? They're fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet, everyone here has been so friendly and we've not had a single issue. We are super happy here! You're right in the middle of the safest part of Rockford and you're only a couple minutes drive from anything you could want. Very pleased with our decision to move here.

Moving in process was nice and calm , didn’t have any issues with my unit everything was up to date. Nice and quiet environment for all residents. Irena and Adrian took care of me , made sure I had the best moving in experience as possible.

We worked with Liza and she was very helpful and professional. We had a lot of questions and she worked patiently to resolve all of our questions. This has been a great experience.

Adrian has been amazing. Very easy to get a hold of, always addressed any issues in a timely fashion and would always follow up to make sure the issue was taken care of.

Liza was very helpful in answering all questions. She replied quickly when I needed to know something and was there when I moved in to make me feel welcomed 🤗 thank you Liza🤗

I am hugely satisfied with the entire rental experience provided by Adrian and Irene Jahovic of Breckenridge Rockford Apartments. Irene helped me select an apartment that was appropriate for my needs, guided me through the application process, and assisted me in getting all the paperwork finalized. The apartment she selected for me on Tulip Lane is gorgeous, and when she performed the final walk-through with me and said "welcome home," I knew I had made the right choice. Adrian and Irene are delightful people with whom to work, and I cannot recommend them, or Breckenridge Rockford Apartments, highly enough!

Been at Breckenridge for 2yrs now and it’s been a great experience. My departure from the property is personal and not due to my experience here. Working with Irena and Adrian has been a pleasure, they are very attentive and helpful. Even upon giving my notice they continued to work and try to find a fit for me. I highly recommend this property. Keep up the good work!

Adrian and Irena are very pleasant individuals to speak to. They have assisted me in finding a new apartment within a few days that have met my needs. I am very happy with their service as they reply promptly to any of my needs.

Irena has been great to work with and extremely helpful every step of the way. She set my walk through up quickly and made the whole process possible in a day. She is also very quick to respond if you have any questions. She has been the best property manager I've seen in rockford

I had to relocate to Rockford, IL from the east coast quickly for a new job. Adrian was super accommodating and responsive, and allowed me to complete the entire process virtually since I was 1200 miles away. Irena did a virtual tour for me, and all necessary paperwork was handled online, so I didn't have to fly out to scout out housing/do paperwork in-person. Huge cost/hassle avoided on my end (most other rentals handle things in-person only). The place is great, and having the detached garage bay option for me is well worth it. Thanks a lot!

I have had interest in two of the properties that this management organization has to offer in the Rockford, Illinois, area. I inquired about one of the locations on their corresponding website and the wait time for a reply was almost immediate.

The leasing manager, Adrian Jahovic, was professional and clear in communicating things to me. I will definitely be following up with availability next year during the spring!

Nymia has been so helpful with getting us ready to move into our new apartment! She helped us through the application process and her service was outstanding! She listened to all of our needs and concerns when we went through and did walk through with her and is always putting our needs and happiness first! We appreciate her so much and wouldn’t want any other leasing agent helping us!

We have truly enjoyed our time at Beckenridge. We had several maintenance issues that were resolved very timely and professionally. Management has done a great job to update and maintain the peperty. We are very grateful for Adrian and the rest of the team. Though we were only here for a short time this was truly a place we were able to call home.

Loved working with Irena! She is super helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. She showed me a beautiful remodeled apartment with a virtual tour since I couldn’t be there in person. She always returned my messages immediately.

Adrian became the new leasing manager at the apartment complex and was a pleasure to work with! He was easy to access and always addressed any questions or concerns very quickly! Since he has taken over they have started doing a lot of updates on the apartments, such as door locks with access codes for each building for safety and automatic garage door openers. Management is much better now that he’s taken over!!

Both Adrian and Irene were awesome with helping from the time I put in my application to live here until I finished moving in. Moving 14 hours away from home was already difficult, but they made the process of moving in a breeze.
