WOW! Excellent people doing Excellent work.
After I got my vehicle back. They not only did an incredible job in fixing my truck, but they cleaned it inside and out. It looked like a brand new vehicle. Even gave the tires a nice shine. These people are the best.

Recently moved up to Rockford from Cincinnati and bought a new CRV. Some idiot in a parking lot promptly gave it a nice deep dent that even cracked off the paint. Allstate recommended Power Road Auto Body and wow, are we glad! From the estimate to the status texts to the phenomenal body work and then the final touch of cleaning the car, the experience was 10 stars out of 5. Cannot say enough good things about Power Road Auto Body. Best in the biz.

I had gotten side swiped in our 2011 Ford explorer. Whole passenger side needed to get worked on & this place did a fantastic job. Staff kept us updated everyday of the progress & were very professional. Highly recommend!!! Our baby looks gorgeous!!! Thank you Power Road Auto Body!!!

Best service I've EVER experienced. My drivers door was hit, so it wouldn't shut or lock. They had it functioning properly in MINUTES! They did an estimate instantly as well. I've dealt with dozens of body shops, and no one comes close to this level of outstanding service. BRAVO! I am extremely impressed!

The staff at Power Road Auto Body worked efficiently and effectively at taking care of the damage to my windshield and hood. Jeff even educated my family on some previous damage the vehicle had prior to is purchasing the vehicle. The paint on the hood matched perfectly. The windshield was replaced and not one piece of glass was found! Like it never even happened. They even cleaned the truck up better than the car lot we had bought it from. I was a little nervous at first because I was told that we may not have our vehicle back until September…unless they could work it in. AND work it in they DID THAT!! :) Our family is extremely impressed by the service we received. Power Road Auto Body took Excellent Care of Our Truck & Family. They Got it Done Earlier Than expected. They did amazing on my hail damage repair.

My auto insurance recommended Power Road Auto Body when our car was damaged by a minor collision. Not only did they do the repairs as scheduled, but they went way above and beyond. When I picked the car up I was quite surprised to find they had detailed my Kia inside & out! The body and paint work was outstanding &they kept me up to date throughout the entire repair time. Very professional staff & clean facility. I will use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for services that they offer.

7 months ago I picked up my baby and less than a couple weeks, someone backed into my parked car) in front of my house. I just picked up my new car for the second time! Fabulous job, once again! They are the best! They did an amazing job and were so very nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond my expectations. My car looks brand new again. I definitely recommend them to anyone. We went in for some service on our van and the coustermer service is fantastic. I was expecting for a lot more needing to be fixed. Rather then just taking our money they told it to us straight. Really great work!

Dropped off a minivan for hood repair and windshield replacement. The van came back looking AMAZING. They even cleaned the dulled headlights so they look new again and shampooed the whole van. It smelled and looked better than it has in years. Awesome job and I would recommend you to anybody!

Takes a while for parts to come in but that's everywhere. My camaro was hit by a semi on the highway and they've done an amazing job keeping me updated and even getting my car finished sooner than planned. Was recommended by vettores, which is the only place my family and I trust with our vehicles. Wouldn't go anywhere else besides those two shops

This was our first experience using this body shop and we would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for excellent customer service and high quality work. To say I’m happy with their job is an understatement. During this Covid time I used their remote estimate tool on their website which was so easy to use. They practiced safe social distancing and we talked over the phone. They got me in quick and my car looks so good that when I got there I didn’t even recognize it. Thanks so much.
