I went to Home Depot for bathroom faucets and ceiling fans needed for my renovation. While searching I met Derrek store Manager. He showed me the best options that will fit for my home. With his help it was easier for me to choose and I felt comfortable that they will look great in my house. Derrek were very professional and polite. Thank you Derrek you are the best.

We were there today to get some paint made. It was very difficult to get the color to match up with what we wanted. Savannah did an awsome job helping us to get that perfect color. She went way beyound customer service to help us.

Training my German Shepherd and being allowed to take him in Home Depot while he is still in training is the best. Employees are the best. Knowing when a dog is in training makes it easier to train when employees know to ignore him

Love Home Depot compared to the other big box home improvement stores......they have quality tools and equipment for my lawn and garden. The lawn and garden is my favorite department with a huge selection of flowers and bushes. I also like the on-line selection of Halloween and Christmas decorations

It is my favourite place to buy any tool or material to remodel a house.

Chad at store #1956, Machesney Park IL. was very helpful in helping me pick out a couple of free pallets that I needed for some craft projects.

Tonight Mr. Kim and Ms. Mercy took wonderful care of us! Mr. Kim greeted us with a smile when we walked in. He asked how he could help. We asked if there were any craft sets left from the event. He really searched for us! When he found none he took our name and number in case an employee in the morning knew where they were. He also helped us find a dowel that I would have never been able to find by myself. At the check out, Ms. Mercy was so kind. She helped us right away and made check out so simple. She was quick and happy to help us!!!

Had a great experience Monday morning from the time a smiling customer service staff connected me with friendly & knowledgeable staff who quickly helped me select the right Ethernet cable for our home theatre and another staff helped locate replacement light bulbs. Truly appreciated the way I was treated.

Scotti just sold me washer & dryer spent 2000 could have gone less expensive but this is anti mold Xtra large capacity top loader Xtra large dryer that matches love it! Scotti was very knowledgeable very helpful! & A great personality I recommend home Depot we buy all r appliances lawn furniture everything here,!

Yesterday my boyfriend, boyfriend’s mom, my daughter and myself went to Home Depot to purchase some items and to pass time since we didn’t have power. We asked two ladies behind the customer service where the generators were at and explained we didn’t have power. After they pointed us in the right direction we said thanks and went off to look at the generators. A few minutes later these two ladies came up to us with a bag and hanged it to my boyfriend’s mom. Inside was a led light with remote and pack of batteries these ladies purchased for my daughter’s room. It was such a sweet act and I’m so sorry I didn’t catch their names but we deeply appreciated this act of kindness. My daughter was so happy.

Most times the staff is very friendly .but today one lady went up and beyond I was having trouble breathing I have congestive heart failure she took charge got everything I needed and got help to load me up and gave me a water! I think her name was Evelyn thank you so much for caring

Amazing customer service! PickUp counter associate Deanna and her (I found out) husband have serious customer service skills! They should be commended for their excellent brand representation. From resolving my issue (4" ladder) to carrying the replacement directly to my car... extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable.

We went to Home Depot to get new cabinets for our home and Emily helped us with the whole design and was very patient with us. She gave us a better price then what Menards had given us. I would definitely recommend meeting with Emily if you ever need help with your kitchen design

Great store for home renovations and simple fixes around the house and yard, staff is very friendly and knowledge of where items are as well as the store being set up to easily find what you need. One of my favorite places to go but it’s also my weakness with the abundance of tools and furniture and everything else you may need for your household projects.

The quality of their products plus the layout is pretty close from store to store. Easy to go d stuff usually.

Very Impressed with the young man Cory who helped me pick my tile. This guy went out if his way to make sure I knew all my choices, was patient as I sent pictures and argued with people on the phone on choices. Helped me feel confident in my choice. Amazing customer service. Not what I'm use too when I shopmthese bigger stores.
