Jersey Mike's Subs

First time ever stopping in to a Jersey Mike's and we will most DEFINATELY be back. Ordered a #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, made offers and suggestions, and very fast. If you are looking for a kwik bite or a sit down meal, this is a place you should consider. You will not be disappointed ... and the prices are really good too.

My wife, mother-in-law, and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jersey Mike's Subs, and the experience left us thoroughly impressed.

First and foremost, the restaurant's cleanliness was top-notch, reflecting a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.

The standout feature of our visit, however, was the remarkable service provided by the staff. They were not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful throughout our meal.

As for the food, I opted for the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich, and it was made to perfection. Each bite was a delightful combination of tender chicken, crispy bacon, and the rich flavors of ranch dressing. It was evident that great care went into crafting this sandwich.

For my wife and mother-in-law, the real treat came in the form of custom vegetarian sandwiches, which, to our surprise, aren't even listed on the menu. The addition of an array of vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, and mushrooms, all roasted to perfection with an enticing blend of spices and sauces, made their sandwiches truly special. The exact sauce might elude my memory, but it was undoubtedly a fantastic choice that elevated the overall taste.

Both my wife and her mother were not only pleased with the custom options but also pleasantly surprised by the generous portions.

While we didn't explore the sides or beverages on this visit, the focus on the sandwiches alone left us entirely satisfied.

One minor suggestion would be to consider installing fly traps to ensure that the dining experience remains undisturbed.

I love Jersey Mikes so my review may be a bit biased. Service was great here and the store was clean.

I used the app to order ahead. My order was well prepared and ready at the scheduled time. Delicious sub!!

The most amazing quality cold cuts. Friendly and fast service. Always packed when i go but the line moves so fast and the employees are so well trained and seem to love their work.

Except today where we got a whole bunch a fever from an employee and everyone else seemed to be somewhat malaise for the first time that I've witnessed.....still best tasting cold cuts around. Gotta have it mikes way I love it

Sense I have been going to Jersey Mike's. I have had excellent service and very friendly experience with your staff. Sandwich is the best in town . Also the place is very relaxed to order at and eat at very clean . Thank you and say a big thank you to entire staff at Jersey Mike's excellent job .

Service was great and great each time we have been there. And it was the same guy both times. Good job of training and hiring of employment. They were polite and gave us great service. It was clean and pleasant atmosphere. Food was just the way we ordered it.

Needed a Bridal Shower catered in Rockford and this Jersey Mikes did an awesome job with the order. Needed 3 boxes of sandwiches the Vegan the Roast Beef and the Turkey all Mikes Way on the side though not directly on the sandwiches and the crew at this location did a great job! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious and all the extras (tomatoes pickles etc) were top notch. 2 containers of tomatoe slices and not one slice that was bad and the pickles were awesome the entire experience was done professionally and exactly to our needs for the Shower. I could tell that the crew was really interested in doing a great job and our family and friends who attended the shower loved the sandwiches so thank you for everything guys ! Outstanding job it’s no wonder my daughter and future son in law love this Jersey Mikes !! I highly recommend this place ! 👍👍

Best Subs I have had in a very long time!

I love Jersey Mike's subs! They don't offer as many toppings as places like Subway, but I get a pretty simple sub so it's never been an issue. Their prices are higher, but I'm always getting coupons in my email. Their meats actually taste fresh and are sliced in front of you, unlike other sub shops. I would highly recommend it!

Jersey Mike’s is the best spot there is for sub sandwiches no debate. The quality is always there the service is always there you know what you’re going to get every time: Deliciousness. It’s a little more pricey than subway would be but in my opinion that’s worth it for the superior quality of food you will get

Always a favorite place to eat lunch and supper. Food is made with people who actually listen to you. The people make going here like you are eating at home 🏡. I would highly recommend the #13 sandwich.

I always love it Mike's Way.
They've got some of the biggest subs, that are positively one of the greatest things on this earth.
The associates know exactly what they're doin.
They are always nice, always funny/ super chill people.
I've never gotten a sub I didn't like from Jersey Mike's.
Prices are fair.
I am impressed that the subs here are in fact as perfect as the Jersey Mike's location all the way in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
I've had both from Jersey to the location on E State St.

1st time customers. Won't be the last! Fantastic food. Freshest, and most delicious roast beef I've ever had at a takeout sandwich place. Oh did I mention the beautiful RED tomatoes? The service and smiles were great!! Thank you 💜

Sandwiches are always fantastic here. Lots of options, always cut fresh and made just the way you want. Staff has always been helpful when making decisons and very energetic. They have both cold and hot options. More of a gourmet sub place than any other, although the prices are average.

Must stop , local hospitality food great, make it a stop traveling to Galena

Really nice sandwiches and a very clean place. Surprisingly, every song they played were songs I like and I don't hear that music everywhere. Service was great and I had my food fast. Love the dressings for the sandwich.

1st time here I picked the gigantic sub it was awesome. I ate lunch and dinner with that sub . meat was fresh , very good

Growing up and living over on the east coast in NYC and every summer heading down the shore to Pt. Pleasant to enjoy the beach and the boardwalk, Jersey Mikes slowly became the Late lunch/Early dinner pre boardwalk place for us to grab some sandwiches take em back to the house and eat before heading to the rides. When I moved out here last year I was very happy to have a Jersey Mikes so close. Its a little bit of home for me and grab a sandwich at least once a week.

Anyone who has had their subs before already knows it, but anyone looking to try them for the first time. Just do it. They are tasty, huge (If you get the giant) and the staff at this location are extremely friendly and fast. Very good at multitasking. I have been there a few times during the peak lunch time rush, and they have handled it like champs!

I highly recommend Jersey Mikes Subs. If its this one in Rockford or anyone anywhere....you gotta check it out.

Sandwiches are delicious here, and I have never had an issue with the staff. They have always been high energy, and very kind while taking sandwich order, taking ingredients and instructions, and checking out!
