The Parlour Barbershop

Excellent first experience with Tony and Sarah. Very friendly and welcoming staff and environment. They responded to my inquiry about an appointment promptly and even sent a reminder message about it the day before. Tony was easy to work with and recommended a few great ideas for shaping my beard and cutting my hair. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be back. I'm very picky about my beard and Tony delivered.

I have been going to Tony since my initial review. Each time is as good as the last. Definitely highly recommend calling and making an appointment, you won't regret it!

It's a really great place if you have a beard. I got my first professional beard trim from there and I would highly suggest it. And I would probably give it a higher rating the more I go. I felt that the staff was rather knowledgeable. Although my first haircut and beard trim was a bit of an awkward experience that I can't make heads or tails of. the person cutting my hair seemed very nervous and didn't really make any conversation with me during the entire process which left me feeling very vulnerable and uncomfortable. The owner, Tony however did make conversation even though he was servicing somebody else. The person cutting my hair made a few negligible mistakes but did a worthwhile job and I'm wondering if they were just new or it could have possibly been that they weren't prepared to have a customer with a wheelchair but they did accommodate me to be able to sit in my chair during the cut which I deeply appreciate it. I would highly suggest that if you are a bearded individual to check out The Parlour. As I said before I think I will come back to them and up my rating the more I go. I can't exactly fault somebody for being nervous but it didn't make me feel very comfortable to be honest

Update: As I had said I kept going for hair cuts and beard trims. I am truly glad I did. Tony has given me the best haircut I have ever had. 3 months later it free put really nicely and just now do format next appointment. It's a humbling experience as a person with disability to put your outward appearance in someone else's hands. You have my word you can trust this staff of artists with craft.

I just moved to town and a friend recommended I check this place out when it came time for a cut. I was not disappointed. Tony was not only friendly and genuinely interested in my story as a new customer, but beautifully executed one slick looking haircut. They sure know a how to make a guy feel welcome, and I'll be going back for as long as I can.I

Great Customer Service - The Parlour has be my barber of choice for years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair and beard. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I always make my next appointment when I’m there as they are very popular and can book up fast. Great shop atmosphere and always good tunes playing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been going go The Parlour for over a year. I have had my hair cut by both Tony, who regularly cuts my hair, and Bryce. Both are great barbers and fun to talk to. Not only will you walk out with a great hair cut, but these two are guaranteed to brighten your day.

Great place, great people, and great haircuts. Tony is truly a master of his craft and I would highly recommend​ everyone get there haircut or beard trim here. Just be sure to set up your appointment well in advance, seems like everyone in Rockford has found out about this place.

First time getting my beard trimmed, Tony did a outstanding job, and was great shooting the breeze with while I was getting the trim! Will be back for the next trim in a few months! Cool shop, has, clothing, beard oils, etc. also, stop by to check and get a trim or haircut! You won`t be disappointed!

Cheers vibe, always a different great music selection. One of the few places to get a decent straight razor shave. This place oozes local, doesn’t skimp on their product or service. And if you ask nicely, you might just get a dram of top shelf bourbon while you’re there. Visit once and you’re bound to make this a monthly stop.

My fiancé and I moved here almost a year ago and thought we would never find someone who could cut his hair the way they did in Indiana. After giving a few other places a try, we were recommended to The Parlour by a friend... and the rest is history. Brice is incredible! Not only is he talented, but he’s also super personable. Never have to worry about sitting in awkward silence again. We even book his appointments 2 cuts out to make sure we can keep coming back to The Parlour and Brice!! 🤘🏼

1st time at this shop for my son & I. Very laid back atmosphere, old school style barbershop. Very impressed! We'll definitely be making this a stop when we come down from northern Wisconsin to visit family!

The kind of place you want to be. The owner Tony is great at his craft. Call at least 2 weeks ahead to get a appointment. No walk in unless they advertise ahead of time. Best place in town for a shave and a haircut.

A very nice place to get a haircut!!. Well decorated..(I loved the Harley Davidson)))... And Brice will give you excellent service as well as carry on an interesting conversation... Plenty of comfortabld seats to relax in before or after your cut

My boys - ages 12 and 14 - love going to The Parlour for haircuts! It’s the only place we’ve been where they get exactly the cut they ask for. Tony and Sara are super friendly and it’s always a great experience!
