Clean, decently priced, and I've never had any issues with the machines, staff, nor other customers. The manager gentleman always has a smile on his face. Really nice guy. It has become our go to spot for laundry services.

stopped in to do a load of laundry, the attendant - Ivory was extremely helpful, as i am handicapped, she is the bomb, there also was another worker there who was helpful as well don't know her name

First time using a laundry Mat, but wow this place is very clean..and the staff is very nice. Since I just moved to Rockford from Fl and needed to get a huge load done in a short time... The machines are clean and large enough to accommodate 2 large kitchen bags of clothes with plenty of space to add more if needed.
Don't be fooled by the outside of the building.. the inside is worth it.😁

So much cleaner than I expected, well kept, and the restroom is not scary. As I don't have a dryer, it is very economical to bring my clothes here to dry, then return later to pick up.

Very clean for a laundromat. The service ladies are very polite and helpful even when you have dumb questions like I did lol. May look a little dumpy on the outside but it's a good place to go.

The staff there are friendly. Right now there's a limit of 5 people in the building at a time so there's not much in the way of needing someone to move to get to your clothes. It's cash only though so keep that in mind if you're the sort that drops off your clothes.

The service this ladies provide is extremely professional, they offer a drop off service which is the best I ever use during my business travelers, they charge $1.00 per pound.
