What started off as a terrible night due to an extremely rude customer behind us who made a rude comment to my wife while leaving turned completely around. Emily our server along with all the staff were very attentive and understanding of our needs. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth it. Thank you to the manager James who kindly offered a free dessert for my wife’s birthday due to the comment the rude customer made earlier in the night. Thank you also to the whole staff for coming by the table to sing happy birthday. Will definitely be returning soon!!

I’ve loved Outback since my meat eating days 9+ yrs ago. Since becoming vegetarian 9yrs ago, my visits were limited to once every 3-yrs. Yikes.
My bf has never been to outback and since I was craving their Queensland chicken pasta (that I modify without chicken and add veggies), we decided to go. They added these amazing fried mushrooms that are a very generously sized portion and we both loved them! We got the Kingsland steak and shrimp pasta and the Queensland veggie pasta as well, and we couldn’t have expected anything less. My bf can’t wait to go back.

Our servers did a superb job in refilling out drinks, our bread and butter and fulfilling their duties .
We will definitely be back soon as we have a reason to celebrate!🎉

The family & I went for Mother's Day this year 2024 & it was very nice. Food was delicious & my long Island ice tea as well.

Food is delicious. I don't typically eat sugar and sweets but one thing I very occasionally make an exception for is the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under! I have Celiac and love that it's gluten free! Plus a very decent gluten free menu. The manager, James, made sure the staff handled my meal properly and it's great when the manager goes above and beyond. Definitely appreciated and will be back!

Once again, Outback did not disappoint. Food was quick and delicious, the service was attentive and alert and my husband loved the takeaway rubber Koala from his Ausie Punch.

Very impressed for a chain restaurant. Quality of food was above expectations and service was impeccable. My wife and I had the Sydney Shrooms as an appetizer. Fried to perfection and succulent when I bit into them. I ordered the lunch menu coconut shrimp. The shrimp were big and delicious, especially with the provided sauce. My wife had the soup and salad special for lunch. She enjoyed the house salad along with the two soups she had: French onion and potato. I tried both soups and I recommend the potato soup. We'll be going back here for sure. The food was good but the service was amazing. Way to go Outback Rockford! Coffee sucked..

This is a great place to take the family to. We went last night for an early Mother’s Day dinner. There were six of us. The host seated us right away. The waitress was friendly and checked on us often.

We ordered their cheese fries as an appetizer. Everyone enjoyed them. There was a little too much pepper for my little one though. My husband had an 11 oz. sirloin, fully loaded baked potato, and macaroni and cheese. He eats his steak medium, it was cooked more medium-rare, but he still liked it. He also really liked the bread.

My mom had an 8 oz. sirloin and coconut shrimp combo, French onion soup, and a baked potato with sour cream. Her French onion soup came out first. She said the soup would have been better with more bread and onions. She said her medium-rare steak was cooked to perfection! She also said her steak was very juicy and tender.

My niece had adult size plate of chicken tenders and a double order of fries. My son had the kids chicken fingers and fruit. My niece didn’t leave many fries on her plate and said her chicken tenders were good. My son ate his fruit first and two of the chicken fingers.

I had the lobster tails which were two 4 oz. tails. I also had French onion soup and a baked potato with bacon and cheese. The French onion soup was good, but needed more bread and onions. The baked potato was perfect and had a generous amount of bacon bits and cheese. The only complaint I have is the lobster tails were a little overcooked. They were a little chewy and tough.

I really commend the staff for being so by kind to my nephew. My nephew is non-verbal and uses a wheelchair. He grabs at people sometimes. He turned his chair just enough and he grabbed at one of the male waiters as he was walking past. He grabbed a female waitress’s hand while she was walking by. She smiled and said, “he wants to hold my hand.” We turned him around so he couldn’t grab anyone else. Some people wouldn’t have been as understanding.

We visited the Rockford location to celebrate a birthday. I cannot say enough about our server, Kaylee. It was a packed Saturday night as usual so the food was understandably a bit slow to come out, but she was constantly checking in with us to see if we needed an appetizer, refills, more bread or anything else. My granddaughter ordered ice cream and she asked her parents when we would like it delivered to the table. Kaylee thought of everything. After the meal arrived, she was quick and efficient to get us everything we needed. With service lacking in most places these days Kaylee made it the most pleasurably experience! This restaurant should do everything in their power to hang onto her because she’s a real gem!!

We went closer to the end of the night and the staff is literally so amazing everytime we go there. The food is always great. I wish every restaurant had staff like these guys do. 10/10

I went there with my dad a few weeks ago for drinks and an appetizer. Our servers were SO lovely and kind! We got sangrias and an order of the loaded steak fries, which were great. Thank you for a great experience!

We love this restaurant! My hubby has a dairy issue and the wait staff have no problem helping us. Besides that, the food is amazing! Hot, fresh, delicious and the best margarita I have ever had. Carla, our server, made us feel like royalty. She noticed when our drinks were low, asked us how our food was, was available to bring more dip and bread, but was not a pest. Chatted with the manager on the way out, nice guy, loves his job. We'll be back with our friends.

Walking in the guy (Frenchie?) greeted us and set the tone for our visit. He was so friendly and helpful. Great sense of humor . Then our waiter (Connor?) Was great as well. Had a great time! Great staff

We had an absolutely amazing experience here. The door was opened for us as we walked in, the servers were all so sweet and the food was great! The manager, James was one of the nicest people I have ever met and is doing an exceptional job. Someone give this man a raise!! Thank you so much for a great experience.

The manager was so nice and friendly. He stopped to check on how our meal was and wished us a Happy Mother's Day. The waitress was very attentive and friendly, as well.

The service alone was incredible. The food was amazing. Thank you Beatriz for exceptional service. You went above and beyond. We ordered the mushrooms as an appetizer....I didn't wan't to share. So good. I did the soup and salad and it was delicious.( I mixed my salad around to spread the dressing...I was pretty before that. Lol)

I always look forward to going to Outback anytime I can! This time was special though. I had 13 others from my Friday night dinner group with me! They loved the service and the food they ordered! The manager made sure we were taken care of from all directions! We will return that is for sure!!

Had a great dinner last night at the Outback. Kristene my server was superb ! Because of her excellent service my dine in experience was good. Everything tasted great. Ty !
