Pearson Plumbing, Heating and Pest Control

We had a backed up floor drain in our basement. I called Pearson, and they got someone here within a few hours. Keegan was who helped us. He identified the issue quickly and fixed it quickly, all while explaining everything. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely call Pearson in the future if we need help!

I called Pearson because our faucet that we had installed only two months prior became defected and we needed help quick! They were able to schedule a call next day, ask us questions about our needs and were able to help fix our faucet the next business day! The service was great and affordable, especially after having to do a second install. Would highly recommend!

We had a pipe leak/burst. My call was taken right away. A technician arrived in 15 minutes and found and resolved the problem. Each interaction was excellent, from my phone call to the service technician. Thank you!

Our sump pump was backing up on a Sunday so I called Pearson Monday morning to see when they’re available. I was shocked to hear that they could come out that same morning! Within an hour they were able to get the pump working and the water back down. Professional , prompt and reasonable service! Thank you

Had a problem with service but decided not to make a big deal of it...until someone told me, "No -- you should make a big deal out of it." I despise confrontation, and a couple of months has passed already. But I called Pearson, spoke with Don & he was great...He listened & agreed to send someone to fix the issue. I had an appointment scheduled with another company, but they were two days out. I called Pearson in the evening, and they got me in the next day; they called back bright and early to follow up with a time. The people i spoke to on the phone were kind and efficient. Josh was the plumber who came out to fix the gas leak and he went above and beyond! Answered all of my questions until I had no more to ask. Reassuring, efficient, amiable, knowledgable and FAST. Furnace blower went out on a Sunday and the on call tech helped save a $600 visit. They showed up first thing in the morning and were here with space heaters before the other two places even called me back. I now have a new furnace and the basement is cleaner than when the arrived.

My hot water line under the kitchen sink cracked above the shut-off valve that was broken, Pearson came on time and within the first half hour had it fixed and not leaking any more. I am very happy with the company and service they always provide.

I've been a long time Pearsons customer. The folks who come out to the house are respectful, friendly and customer oriented.

We had a problem with our outside AC unit not cooling. We called Pearson and was greeted by a very pleasant and professional customer service person. We had a service technician at our door the same day that we called. The service technician, Kevin Simmonds was also very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He had our AC unit up and running in very little time. Additionally, he thoroughly checked other areas relative to proper maintenance. We will always call Pearson for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Excellent professional pest service!! Brian gave us great service and with so much knowledge. Really appreciate getting to the root cause of our problem and so glad he took care of the attic and whole house.

I am a person who does not look for services much, but when something is offered to me it is because I really need it. And the truth is that they are 10 out of 10, they are the best, they came quickly, the same day they changed the hot water tank. They changed it immediately, other things came up that they had to fix and they didn't say no, they repaired other things that I needed and since they didn't finish because of everything else that it occurred to me to ask for, they came back as soon as possible to finish it, at all times they told me Yes, with everything I asked for, they gave me good service at a good price, I really recommend it 100%.

I had an issue with my basement drain after hours. A technician called me back shortly and we determined it was not an emergency. The office called me the next morning as the tech said they would and I had an appointment the same day. It was taken care of promptly by Doug. Wonderful and honest tech. I plan to use them in the future. Great service!
