Northwest Bank of Rockford

I've been banking with northwest for years and have never had a negative experience. Anytime I've needed to call and speak with someone or go in person all the girls there have been super helpful. Maria Bolhous is a delight and has helped me with a banking issue due to the holidays which had me so stressed out before. I look forward to doing business with northwest for many more years to come ❤

I have been banking with you since you first opened on Rockton Ave many years ago. Over the years I met so many of your employees and always found them so helpful and courteous. Now with direct deposit and paying bills by computer I don't get in too often. Still, at 90 years old I find I call from time to time for help because the digital age leaves me in he dust sometimes. Amy made my experience with getting a mortgage for my new home incredibly easy and seamless. I have never been treated more kindly or with more respect be a bank. She made me feel as though I was her only client and that my mortgage was the most important one on her plate. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended!!! When my mother died a few years ago, she had some accounts at NW Bank of Rockford. I cannot tell you how helpful and pleasant the personnel have been. A big shout out to Artice (sp?) K. at NW Bank Rockford on Phelps. She has always been so helpful and nice.

I’ve been with Northwest Bank for around 25 years. I have moved away from the Rockford area but I still do my banking at NWB. Everyone has always been so nice, helpful and friendly. I can’t imagine going elsewhere.

I think i have been banking there my whole life im 76 an cant remember going to another bank, always so helpful, kind, I never had any problems .

It is so nice to call, have the phone answered by a live person immediately, and have questions or issues resolved in moments - I’d still be wading through teleprompts and listening to lies blaming COVID for their poor service at Midland or BMO Harris; instead I’m already off the phone and back to business at Northwest!
