JJ was awesome! He was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was extremely friendly and kind! We had been several places and by far your team was the nicest and the most helpful!

Sales lady Valerie is a credit to Slumberland.
She was very helpful on the phone.
I needed to get a lift chair asap and she tried to get it for me quick.
Problem was that the chair was not in stock like the website said.
The chair was in Barabo WI but that counts for being in stock in Rockford.
That left me with 5 nights without a lift chair.
Both my wife and I sleep in them .
Not Valerie's fault, she tried her best.
I do appreciate her sympathy and empathy.
She did a good job with the sales transaction over the phone.

Wide selection and Fantastic service and fair prices for good quality furniture. Big thank you to Jay, he welcomed me, showed me around and gave me space. I felt welcomed and I didn't feel pressured. When it came down to making a choice he walked me through the price points and gave me honest feedback.

Slumberland has been great to deal with! Our salesperson JJ was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the perfect living room set for our new house. I made a miscalculation on the space required for a reclining set so the day after delivery we unfortunately made the decision to switch them out. Even after my mistake they made it right! We picked out a new set and they allowed us to keep what we had until the new choice showed up. They worked with us in every way possible to make us feel confident and comfortable with our purchase. I would definitely recommend slumberland to others and will continue to shop there in the future

My girlfriend and I came in to buy some finishing furniture pieces for the bedset. We were helped by Mitchell and he was great! He was able to order the things we needed in a timely manner and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back for future furniture projects :)

Love Slumberland furniture. They have as good a selection as any standard furniture place but where they stand out is their service. Obviously the employees work on commission but they also want to make sure you are making the best selections. More importantly, if there are problems or defects, they will help to resolve them. The employees we’ve met years ago are still there, it shows that this is a trustworthy business. Please remember to do your part as customers by checking reviews on furniture pieces, read contracts that have limitations & give the managers & sales reps the benefit of the doubt if you do have issues.
I recommend this store to my family, friends & acquaintances because a good business is worth it.

Mitchell was great help today with choosing our recliner. Very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. Will buy from slumberland again because of him and his remarkable service!

My husband and I were looking for living room furniture.Went everywhere! Our salesman JJ was knowledgeable and very personable. He was NOT pushy. We couldn't make our mind up between a returned set from someone ( marked down at a nice price)and have it in days, or buy brand new. As we were talking and debating, we eyed a sofa and sat in it. Oh my! We had a winner! We ended up buying TWO, 3 seater sofas ( new lazy boy collection) AND POWERED recliners on the sofas. We financed with zero$$ down and will arrive between 8-12 weeks.Note: We also bought our dining room table & 6 chairs from Slumberland 10+ years ago (still in great condition). The store continues to sells it! We shouldn't have wasted so much time in other stores, on line, & box stores! We will be returning for more furniture!!

We went in to compare mattress prices with a local competitor. Valerie was very helpful in helping us find the mattress that would work best for us. We were very pleased in the money we saved!

Debby Craig was very helpful with our purchase . This is the first time we have purchased anything there. Hardly any furniture stores carry murphy beds so we would sure recommend Slumberland in Rockford, Illinois.

This store is a favorite of ours. We find the sales staff know the furniture and take the time to answer all our questions We find them easy to work with and patient. Great place to shop.
